Led by Jérémie Ternoy, students from the Tourcoing jazz class present a programme entitled ‘Rotation(s)’. Through the repetition, circulation and transformation of rhythmic and melodic motifs, they explore different forms of sonic movement, leaving plenty of scope for improvisation.

Sous la direction de Jérémie Ternoy, les étudiants de la classe de jazz de Tourcoing présentent un répertoire intitulé « Rotation(s) ». À travers des jeux de répétition, de circulation et de transformation de motifs rythmiques et mélodiques, ils explorent différentes formes de mouvement sonore, en laissant une large place à l’improvisation.

Onder leiding van Jérémie Ternoy presenteren de studenten van de jazzklas van Tourcoing een repertoire met de titel „Rotation(s)”. Door middel van herhalingen, circulatie en transformatie van ritmische en melodische motieven verkennen ze verschillende vormen van klankbeweging, waarbij improvisatie een grote rol speelt.
