In der Artothek wird eine Fotoausstellung gezeigt, die die städtische Erneuerung von Cherbourg in den 2000er Jahren festhält. Diese Fotografien von international renommierten Fotografen wie Gabriel Basilico und John Davies wurden bei ihrer ersten Ausstellung im Point du Jour ausgestellt.
Es wird für die Schüler darum gehen, ihre Stadt durch diese Ausstellung wiederzuentdecken und die Artothek zu entdecken. Dieser Besuch bietet auch die Gelegenheit, sich mit der Geschichte der Fotografie im 200. Jahrestag ihrer Geburt zu beschäftigen.

The art library will host an exhibition of photographs immortalizing the urban renewal of Cherbourg in the 2000s. These photographs taken by internationally renowned photographers such as Gabriel Basilico and John Davies, were exhibited at the Point du Jour during their first exhibition.
It will be for the students to rediscover their city through this exhibition and to discover the Artothèque. This visit will also be an opportunity to address the history of photography through the bicentenary of its birth.

L'artoteca ospiterà una mostra di fotografie che immortalano il rinnovamento urbano di Cherbourg negli anni 2000. Queste fotografie, realizzate da fotografi di fama internazionale come Gabriel Basilico e John Davies, sono state esposte al Point du Jour durante la loro prima esposizione.

L’artothèque accueillera une exposition de photographies immortalisant le renouvellement urbain de Cherbourg dans les années 2000. Ces photographies réalisées par des photographes de renommé internationale comme Gabriel Basilico et John Davies, ont été exposé au Point du Jour lors de leur première exposition.
Il s’agira pour les élèves de redécouvrir leur ville à travers cette exposition et de découvrir l’Artothèque. Cette visite sera aussi l’occasion d’aborder l’histoire de la photographie à travers le bicentenaire de sa naissance.

La artóteca acogerá una exposición de fotografías que inmortalizan la renovación urbana de Cherburgo en los años 2000. Estas fotografías realizadas por fotógrafos de renombre internacional como Gabriel Basilico y John Davies, fueron expuestas en el Point du Jour durante su primera exposición.
Se tratará para los alumnos de redescubrir su ciudad a través de esta exposición y descubrir la Artoteca. Esta visita será también la ocasión de abordar la historia de la fotografía a través del bicentenario de su nacimiento.
