Anhand der Archivbestände der Prätorien und Vogtei zeigt die Ausstellung die Organisation der königlichen delegierten Justiz im Gebiet der heutigen Hauts-de-Seine vom 17. Jahrhundert bis zu den Brüchen der Französischen Revolution (1789-1799). die die großen Grundlagen der zeitgenössischen Gerechtigkeit einführen. Sie geht auf die gesellschaftliche Bedeutung der Friedensgerichte ein, die vom 19. Jahrhundert bis 1958 funktionierten. Seit fast 170 Jahren nehmen diese in jedem Kanton angesiedelten Gerichte der Nähe und Versöhnung eine zentrale Stellung im Alltag der Einwohner ein. Nach der Justizreform von 1958 und der administrativen Reorganisation der Pariser Region in den 1960er Jahren wurden neue Justizdienste im neu geschaffenen Département des Hauts-de-Seine eingerichtet, darunter ein Tribunal de grande instance in Nanterre. 2 Fokus werden hervorgehoben. Der erste widmet sich der Behandlung von gerichtlichen Angelegenheiten, die das heutige Gebiet der Hauts-de-Seine betreffen, in der Presse des 19. Jahrhunderts durch Les Unes du Petit Journal. Das zweite über die Kindheit vor Gericht, insbesondere durch den Fonds der Vereinigung Henri Rollet, Richter am Kindergericht der Seine und Vorläufer der sozialen und rechtlichen Maßnahmen zugunsten missbrauchter oder straffälliger Kinder.

Through the archives of the provost courts and bailiwicks, the exhibition unveils the organization of royal justice delegated within the territory of present-day Hauts-de-Seine from the 17th century until the breakups of the French Revolution (1789-1799) which introduce the great foundations of contemporary justice. She returns to the social importance of the justices of peace, which operated from the 19th century until 1958. For nearly 170 years, these courts of proximity and conciliation, located in each canton, have occupied a central place in the daily lives of the inhabitants. After the judicial reform of 1958 and the administrative reorganization of the Paris region in the 1960s, new justice services were established in the newly created Hauts-de-Seine department, including a Tribunal de grande instance at Nanterre. Two focus areas will be highlighted. The first devoted to the treatment of judicial cases relating to the current territory of the Hauts-de-Seine in the press of the 19th century through the headlines of the Petit journal. The second on children in justice, notably through the fund of the association Henri Rollet, judge at the juvenile court of the Seine and precursor of social and legal action in favor of abused or delinquent children.

Attraverso i fondi d'archivio dei prelati e dei bailliaggi, l'esposizione svela l'organizzazione della giustizia reale delegata nel territorio degli attuali Hauts-de-Seine dal XVII secolo fino alle rotture della Rivoluzione francese (1789-1799) che introducono i grandi fondamenti della giustizia contemporanea. Ripercorre l'importanza sociale delle sentenze di pace, che hanno funzionato dal XIX secolo fino al 1958. Per quasi 170 anni, queste giurisdizioni di prossimità e di conciliazione, insediate in ogni cantone, hanno occupato un posto centrale nella vita quotidiana degli abitanti. Dopo la riforma giudiziaria del 1958 e la riorganizzazione amministrativa della regione parigina negli anni sessanta, nuovi servizi di giustizia sono istituiti nel dipartimento degli Hauts-de-Seine appena creato, tra cui un Tribunal de grande instance a Nanterre. 2 focus saranno messi in evidenza. Il primo dedicato al trattamento delle cause giudiziarie relative all'attuale territorio degli Hauts-de-Seine nella stampa del XIX secolo attraverso le Unes du Petit journal. Il secondo riguarda l'infanzia in giustizia, in particolare attraverso il fondo dell'associazione Henri Rollet, giudice del tribunale per i bambini della Senna e precursore dell'azione sociale e giuridica a favore dell'infanzia maltrattata o delinquente.

À travers les fonds d’archives des prévôtés et des bailliages, l’exposition dévoile l’organisation de la justice royale déléguée au sein du territoire des actuels Hauts-de-Seine du XVIIe siècle jusqu’aux ruptures de la Révolution française (1789-1799) qui introduisent les grands fondements de la justice contemporaine. Elle revient sur l’importance sociale des justices de paix, qui ont fonctionné du XIXe siècle jusqu’à 1958. Pendant près de 170 ans, ces juridictions de proximité et de conciliation, implantées dans chaque canton, ont occupé une place centrale dans le quotidien des habitants. Après la réforme judiciaire de 1958 et la réorganisation administrative de la région parisienne dans les années 1960, de nouveaux services de justice sont institués dans le département des Hauts-de-Seine nouvellement créé, dont un Tribunal de grande instance à Nanterre. 2 focus seront mis en avant. Le premier consacré au traitement des affaires judiciaires relatives à l’actuel territoire des Hauts-de-Seine dans la presse du XIXe à travers les unes du Petit journal. Le second sur l’enfance en justice, notamment à travers le fonds de l’association Henri Rollet, juge au tribunal pour enfants de la Seine et précurseur de l'action sociale et juridique en faveur de l'enfance maltraitée ou délinquante.

A través de los fondos de archivo de las prefecturas y de las bayas, la exposición revela la organización de la justicia real delegada en el territorio de los actuales Hauts-de-Seine desde el siglo XVII hasta las rupturas de la Revolución francesa (1789-1799) que introducen los grandes fundamentos de la justicia contemporánea. Ella vuelve sobre la importancia social de las justicias de paz, que han funcionado desde el siglo XIX hasta 1958. Durante casi 170 años, estas jurisdicciones de proximidad y conciliación, implantadas en cada cantón, han ocupado un lugar central en la vida cotidiana de los habitantes. Tras la reforma judicial de 1958 y la reorganización administrativa de la región parisina en los años 1960, se instituyeron nuevos servicios de justicia en el departamento de Hauts-de-Seine recientemente creado, entre ellos un tribunal de gran instancia en Nanterre. Se destacarán 2 focos. El primero dedicado al tratamiento de los asuntos judiciales relativos al actual territorio de los Hauts-de-Seine en la prensa del siglo XIX a través de las Unes du Petit journal. El segundo sobre la infancia en justicia, especialmente a través del fondo de la asociación Henri Rollet, juez del tribunal para niños del Sena y precursor de la acción social y jurídica en favor de la infancia maltratada o delincuente.
