This park is the only place in Reims where we find traces of the medieval ramparts, destroyed in the 19th century, but which remain the tower of the well and the Poterne, classified as historical monuments. It is located in the heart of the Crayères area concerned by the project for an Architecture and Heritage Enhancement Area (AVAP). The park is planted with various species of trees (spruce, maple, paulownia...) and the mounds are covered with spontaneous vegetation. The park has been rehabilitated according to the prescriptions of the workshop Aline Le Cœur, landscape architect. The interventions focused on the enhancement and enrichment of the plant palette, the consolidation of rock garden elements and stairs characteristic of early 20th century landscaping. The spaces offering a view of the architectural heritage elements have been cleared.
