Steam train consisting of wagons from the local railways of the departments: Loiret, Loir-et-Cher, Indre-et-Loire, Maine-et-Loire and Pays-de-la-Loire.
The historic train of Lake Rillé allows you to rediscover the charm of the old departmental railways that once crisscrossed our countryside. Wagons and locomotives of yesteryear, completely restored by the volunteers of our association, will transport you back a century.
A living railway heritage: Volunteers ensure all the restoration and maintenance work of the railway, in an effort to preserve techniques and know-how of yesteryear.
The roundhouse for locomotives in track 60 and the swing bridge are the work of our volunteers. On the radiant tracks, the engines restored by our association will be presented.
Locomotives, including 6 steam engines from 1913 to 1949, wagons and cars from 1880 to 1950: so many mechanical jewels of the railway heritage with narrow gauge track of Touraine, but also departments of the Loire Valley, Poland and Romania among others.
