In den Jahren 2024 und 2026 wurden im Herzen der Gemeinde Le Langon geophysikalische Untersuchungen durchgeführt, um archäologische Strukturen zu finden, die unter der Oberfläche vergraben sind. Guillaume Bruniaux (Archéosolution, Université de la Rochelle, UMR 7266) und Manon Pétrau (Masterstudentin an der Universität Bretagne Occidentale) werden die Ergebnisse der auf der angrenzenden Wiese am Friedhof und um die Kirche Saint-Pierre erworbenen Prospektionen vorstellen.
Diese Konferenz ist Teil der Wiederherstellung des kollektiven Forschungsprojekts über die antike Agglomeration, das 2023 unter der gemeinsamen Leitung von Aurélien Hamel (Conseil départemental de la Vendée) und Jérôme Pascal (Inrap) mit Unterstützung der Stadtverwaltung von Langon ins Leben gerufen wurde.

Geophysical surveys were carried out in 2024 and 2026 in the heart of the municipality of Langon to search for archaeological structures buried beneath the surface. Guillaume Bruniaux (Archéosolution, University of La Rochelle, UMR 7266) and Manon Pétrau (master’s student at the University of Western Brittany) will present the results of surveys acquired on the meadow next to the cemetery and around the church of Saint-Pierre.
This conference is part of the restitution of the collective research project on the ancient agglomeration, launched in 2023, under the co-direction of Aurélien Hamel (Vendée Departmental Council) and Jérôme Pascal (Inrap), with the support of the Langon town hall.

Nel 2024 e 2026 sono state effettuate delle prospezioni geofisiche nel cuore del comune di Langon per cercare strutture archeologiche sepolte sotto la superficie. Guillaume Bruniaux (Archéosolution, Università di La Rochelle, UMR 7266) e Manon Pétrau (studentessa di master presso l'Università della Bretagna Occidentale) presenteranno i risultati delle prospezioni acquisite sul prato adiacente al cimitero e intorno alla chiesa di Saint-Pierre.
Questa conferenza si inserisce nell'ambito della restituzione del progetto collettivo di ricerca sull'agglomerato antico, lanciato nel 2023, sotto la co-direzione di Aurélien Hamel (Consiglio dipartimentale della Vendée) e Jérôme Pascal (Inrap), con il sostegno del comune di Langon.

Des prospections géophysiques ont été réalisées en 2024 et 2026 au cœur de la commune du Langon pour rechercher des structures archéologiques enfouies sous la surface. Guillaume Bruniaux (Archéosolution, Université de la Rochelle, UMR 7266) et Manon Pétrau (étudiante en Master à l'Université de Bretagne Occidentale) présenteront les résultats des prospections acquis sur la prairie accolée au cimetière et autour de l’église Saint-Pierre.

Se realizaron prospecciones geofísicas en 2024 y 2026 en el corazón de la comuna de Langon para buscar estructuras arqueológicas enterradas bajo la superficie. Guillaume Bruniaux (Archéosolution, Universidad de La Rochelle, UMR 7266) y Manon Pétrau (estudiante de máster en la Universidad de Bretaña Occidental) presentarán los resultados de las prospecciones realizadas en el prado adyacente al cementerio y alrededor de la iglesia de Saint-Pierre.
