Created in 1936, the Nature Centre is a garden dedicated to observation and learning. An amazing place that hosts many exhibitions, animations and discovery workshops.
Located between the Stade train station and the small church of Saint-Etienne Saint-Henri, the Nature Centre is a surprising place. From the street, we can not guess its area (2,900 m 2), nor its wealth. This educational garden is a mosaic of environments where interlaced themed gardens, ponds and ponds, small woods of elm trees, lawns, orchard, vegetable garden for children...
This set, conducive to daydreaming and observation, is completed by an outdoor scenette, a museum shed that presents old tools and finally a multipurpose room that hosts shows, conferences, workshops and exhibitions. These activities for children and adults are free of charge and accessible upon registration. A team of eco-animators is present at the Nature Centre to welcome you and answer your questions.
