Im Jahr 1867 an Victor Fleury verkauft, verheiratet mit Mathilde Verne. Der berühmte Schriftsteller und sein Schwager werden den Park im anglo-chinesischen Geist erweitern und neu gestalten, während sie den ursprünglichen französischen Kern respektieren.
Pflanzung zahlreicher seltener Bäume, die dazu geführt haben, dass der Park als "bemerkenswerter Baumkomplex", dann als "schöner Garten" eingestuft wurde und 2025 der Preisträger der Stiftung "Arboretums de France" war.

In 1867, sale to Victor Fleury married to Mathilde Verne. The famous writer and his brother-in-law will enlarge and redesign the park in the spirit of Anglo-Chinese, while respecting the original French core.
Planting of many rare trees that have earned the park to be classified as a 'remarkable arboreal ensemble', then 'beautiful garden' and to be the 2025 laureate of the foundation 'arboretums of France'.

Nel 1867, vendita a Victor Fleury sposato con Mathilde Verne. Il famoso scrittore e suo cognato amplieranno e riprogetteranno il parco nello spirito anglo-cinese, rispettando il nucleo originario alla francese.
Piantagione di numerosi alberi rari che hanno portato il parco ad essere classificato come "ensemble arboré remarquable", poi "beau jardin" e ad essere il vincitore 2025 della fondazione "arboretums de France".

En 1867, vente à Victor Fleury marié à Mathilde Verne. Le célèbre écrivain et son beau-frère vont agrandir et repenser le parc dans l'esprit anglo-chinois, tout en respectant le noyau d'origine à la française.

En 1867, venta a Victor Fleury casado con Mathilde Verne. El famoso escritor y su cuñado van a ampliar y rediseñar el parque en el espíritu anglo-chino, respetando el núcleo original al estilo francés.
Plantación de numerosos árboles raros que han hecho que el parque sea clasificado como "conjunto arbóreo notable", luego como "hermoso jardín" y sea el ganador en 2025 de la fundación "arboretums de Francia".
