Für seine Wiedereröffnung überdenkt das LaM die Anbringung seiner Sammlung mit einem neuen thematischen und originellen Parcours mit dem Titel Obsession. Als Ausstellung konzipiert, erforscht er die Wiederholung, Beständigkeit und schöpferische Intensität im gesamten 20. und 21. Jahrhundert durch einen einzigartigen Dialog zwischen moderner Kunst, roher Kunst und zeitgenössischer Kunst. Einige monografische Räume, die großen Figuren der Kunst wie Amedeo Modigliani, Henry Darger oder Miriam Cahn gewidmet sind, wechseln sich mit thematischen Räumen ab, die eine lebendige und erneuerte Neuinterpretation der Sammlung bieten.
Um diese Erfahrung zu bereichern, werden außergewöhnliche Stücke des Centre national des arts plastiques (CNAP) und jüngste Anschaffungen wie eine seltene Zeichnung von Amedeo Modigliani den Rundgang prägen und neue Annäherungen und unerwartete Dialoge schaffen.

For its reopening, the LaM is rethinking the hanging of its collection with a new thematic and original route entitled Obsession. Conceived as an exhibition, it explores repetition, permanence and creative intensity throughout the 20th and 21st centuries through a new dialogue between modern art, art brut and contemporary art. Some monographic rooms dedicated to major figures of art such as Amedeo Modigliani, Henry Darger or Miriam Cahn alternate with thematic spaces offering a living and renewed rereading of the collection.
To enrich this experience, exceptional pieces from the Centre national des arts plastiques (CNAP) and recent acquisitions, such as a rare drawing by Amedeo Modigliani, punctuate the course, creating new connections and unexpected dialogues.

Pensato come una mostra, esplora la ripetizione, la permanenza e l'intensità creativa lungo tutto il XX e XXI secolo attraverso un dialogo inedito tra arte moderna, arte grezza e arte contemporanea. Alcune sale monografiche dedicate a grandi figure dell'arte come Amedeo Modigliani, Henry Darger o Miriam Cahn si alternano con spazi tematici che offrono una rivisitazione viva e rinnovata della collezione.
