Im Jahr 1996 gründeten Jean-Paul Bergeri und Serge Kowal das Museum der Volkstraditionen mit dem Ziel, die Tarentaise anhand von Alltagsgegenständen zu erzählen. Auch heute noch setzt sich das Museum dafür ein, diese einzigartige Geschichte zu bewahren und an die jungen Generationen weiterzugeben und so eine Brücke zwischen der Vergangenheit und der Zukunft zu schlagen.

In 1996, Jean-Paul Bergeri and Serge Kowal created the Museum of Popular Traditions with one ambition: to tell the story of the Tarentaise through everyday objects. Even today, the museum is committed to preserving and transmitting this unique history to younger generations, thus making a bridge between the past and the future.
