Der Kristall hat die Menschheit schon lange fasziniert, wegen seiner Schönheit, seiner Eigenschaften oder auch wegen der erhofften Tugenden. Zuerst in der Natur als Mineral, Kristall, gefunden wurde lange erforscht. Es ist heute mit zahlreichen Synthesebemühungen verbunden, die darauf abzielen, natürliche Meisterwerke zu reproduzieren, neue Materialien zu schaffen und neue Eigenschaften zu erlangen, um den wachsenden Bedürfnissen der Gesellschaft gerecht zu werden und neue Welten zu entdecken.
Die Ausstellung Kreieren des Kristalls, Reise zwischen Kunst und Wissenschaft erforscht einen Teil des immensen Feldes der kristallinen Synthese, von der Herstellung der ersten Edelsteine bis zu den neuen Materialien, die immer mehr in unserem Alltag präsent sind. Sie werden entdecken, wie die Kristalle in all ihren Zuständen und auf verschiedenen Skalen in die Zusammensetzung vieler Werkzeuge oder alltäglicher Gegenstände eingehen und es ermöglichen, das Funktionieren oder die Fehlfunktion des Lebens besser zu verstehen.
Dann, über die Technik und die Innovation hinaus, werden Sie Zeuge einer Begegnung, eines sensiblen und reflektierenden Dialogs in zwei Labors: dem des Wissenschaftlers und dem des Künstlers - zwischen Forschung, industriellen Innovationen und künstlerischen Kreationen. Die Ausstellung lädt Sie ein, in die Welten mehrerer Künstler einzutreten, die von der Wissenschaft, der Materie, dem Wachstum und der «Kontrolle» des Zufalls inspiriert sind. Die Kreationen von ADA, Léa Barbazanges, Vincent Gontier und Robin Guittat, werden einen poetischen und ästhetischen Dialog mit der antiken Geschichte führen und Forschung über die kristalline Synthese von anorganischem und organischem Ursprung präsentieren.

Crystal has long fascinated humanity, for its beauty, its characteristics or for the virtues one hoped for. First found in nature in the form of a mineral, crystal, has been the subject of long research. He is currently experiencing multiple synthesis efforts aimed at reproducing natural masterpieces, creating new materials and obtaining unprecedented properties, meeting the growing needs of society and discovering new worlds.
The exhibition Create the crystal, A journey between art and science explores a part of the immense field of crystalline syntheses, from the manufacture of the first precious stones to new materials, more and more present in our daily lives. You will discover how crystals, in all their states, and at different scales, enter into the composition of many tools or everyday objects, and allow a better understanding of the functioning or dysfunction of living things.
Then, beyond technique and innovation, you will witness an encounter, a sensitive and reflexive dialogue within two laboratories: that of the scientist and that of the artist - between research, industrial innovations and artistic creations. The exhibition invites you to enter the universes of several artists, inspired by science, matter, growth and the "control" of chance. The creations of ADA, Léa Barbazanges, Vincent Gontier and Robin Guittat, will weave a poetic and aesthetic dialogue with ancient history and present research on crystalline synthesis of inorganic and organic origin.

Il cristallo ha affascinato l'umanità da molto tempo, per la sua bellezza, le sue caratteristiche o per le virtù che ci si aspettava. Trovato in natura come minerale, il cristallo è stato oggetto di lunghe ricerche. Oggi conosce molteplici sforzi di sintesi destinati a riprodurre i capolavori naturali, a creare nuovi materiali e ad ottenere proprietà inedite, rispondendo alle crescenti esigenze della società e alla scoperta di nuovi universi.
La mostra Creare il cristallo, viaggio tra arte e scienza esplora una parte dell'immenso campo delle sintesi cristalline, dalla fabbricazione delle prime pietre preziose ai nuovi materiali, sempre più presenti nella nostra quotidianità. Scoprirete come i cristalli, in tutti i loro stati e a diverse scale, entrano nella composizione di molti strumenti o oggetti della vita quotidiana, e permettono di comprendere meglio il funzionamento o il malfunzionamento del vivente.
Poi, oltre la tecnica e l'innovazione, sarete testimoni di un incontro, di un dialogo sensibile e riflessivo all'interno di due laboratori: quello dello scienziato e quello dell'artista - tra ricerche, innovazioni industriali e creazioni artistiche. La mostra vi invita ad entrare negli universi di diversi artisti, ispirati dalla scienza, dalla materia, dalla crescita e dal «controllo» del caso. Le creazioni di ADA, Léa Barbazanges, Vincent Gontier e Robin Guittat, tenteranno un dialogo poetico ed estetico con la storia antica e presenteranno ricerche sulla sintesi cristallina di origine inorganica e organica.

Le cristal a depuis longtemps fasciné l’humanité, pour sa beauté, ses caractéristiques ou bien pour les vertus que l’on en espérait. D’abord trouvé dans la nature sous forme de minéral, le cristal, a fait l’objet de longues recherches. Il connait aujourd’hui de multiples efforts de synthèse destinés à reproduire les chefs d’œuvre naturels, à créer de nouveaux matériaux et à obtenir des propriétés inédites, répondant aux besoins croissants de la société et à la découverte de nouveaux univers.
L’exposition Créer le cristal, Voyage entre art et science explore une partie de l’immense champ des synthèses cristallines, depuis la fabrication des premières pierres précieuses aux nouveaux matériaux, de plus en plus présents dans notre quotidien. Vous découvrirez comment les cristaux, dans tous leurs états, et à différentes échelles, entrent dans la composition de nombreux outils ou objets du quotidien, et permettent de mieux comprendre le fonctionnement ou le dysfonctionnement du vivant.
Puis, au-delà de la technique et de l’innovation, vous serez témoin d’une rencontre, d’un dialogue sensible et réflexif au sein de deux laboratoires : celui du scientifique et celui de l’artiste - entre recherches, innovations industrielles et créations artistiques. L'exposition vous invite à entrer dans les univers de plusieurs artistes, inspirés par la science, la matière, la croissance et le « contrôle » du hasard. Les créations d'ADA, Léa Barbazanges, Vincent Gontier et Robin Guittat, tisseront un dialogue poétique et esthétique avec l’histoire ancienne et présente de la recherche sur la synthèse cristalline d’origine inorganique et organique.

El cristal ha fascinado desde hace mucho tiempo a la humanidad, por su belleza, sus características o bien por las virtudes que se esperaban de él. Encontrado en la naturaleza como un mineral, el cristal, ha sido objeto de largas investigaciones. Hoy en día, se realizan múltiples esfuerzos de síntesis para reproducir las obras maestras naturales, crear nuevos materiales y obtener propiedades inéditas, respondiendo a las crecientes necesidades de la sociedad y al descubrimiento de nuevos universos.
La exposición Crear el cristal, Viaje entre arte y ciencia explora una parte del inmenso campo de las síntesis cristalinas, desde la fabricación de las primeras piedras preciosas hasta los nuevos materiales, cada vez más presentes en nuestra vida cotidiana. Descubrirás cómo los cristales, en todos sus estados y a diferentes escalas, entran en la composición de numerosos instrumentos u objetos cotidianos, y permiten comprender mejor el funcionamiento o el disfuncionamiento de la vida.
Luego, más allá de la técnica y la innovación, usted será testigo de un encuentro, de un diálogo sensible y reflexivo dentro de dos laboratorios: el científico y el artista - entre las investigaciones, innovaciones industriales y creaciones artísticas. La exposición invita a entrar en los universos de varios artistas, inspirados por la ciencia, la materia, el crecimiento y el «control» del azar. Las creaciones de ADA, Léa Barbazanges, Vincent Gontier y Robin Guittat, entablarán un diálogo poético y estético con la historia antigua y presentarán investigaciones sobre la síntesis cristalina de origen inorgánico y orgánico.
