This landscaped park, initially raised around 1860 and maintained for several generations by the same family, was destroyed by the storm of 1999\. It owes its renewal to its current owner, Marc Boisseuil, a lover of trees and oaks in particular. To restore his estate, he planted 200 of 50 different species, carefully selected and presented according to their continent of origin. This essence was not chosen at random. Its robustness, its majesty and its durability make it the new theme of the place whose attraction also comes from the romantic spirit that blows there. In this English-style park, you will find original buildings such as an imposing wooden cabin mounted on a venerable Thuya plicata Zebrina tree, a neo-Gothic tower, a 19th century aviary or a beautiful avenue of laurel-leaf oaks. The views and perspectives opened by the storm became the highlights of the course. Punctuated with contemporary sculptures by Bernard Pagès, the ensemble is a successful demonstration of a rebirth after a natural disaster.
