Im Rahmen des europäischen Themas "Kulturerbe in Gefahr: wiederbeleben, widerstehen, neu erfinden" entdecken Sie die École Buissonnière, ehemals Ecole normale des Institutrices de Rouen, die seit Oktober 2024 von der Matmut zu einem Hotel und einer Büroanlage umgebaut wurde.
Diese kommentierte Besichtigung ermöglicht es Ihnen, auf die Geschichte des Ortes und auf das architektonische Projekt zurückzublicken, das dazu beigetragen hat, mehrere bemerkenswerte historische Elemente zu bewahren und aufzuwerten, wie zum Beispiel die Fassaden des Hauptgebäudes, das Glockenturm oder auch das Zifferblatt der Uhr aus dem 19. Jahrhundert. Sie werden auch entdecken, wie die Räume dank einer schlichten zeitgenössischen Architektur neu gestaltet wurden, die die Identität des Ortes respektiert und von der Agentur CBA Architectes in Rouen entworfen wurde.
Die Besichtigung geht weiter in den Hof des Hauses, wo drei monumentale Skulpturen von jungen Künstlern im Rahmen eines von der Matmut unterstützten Kreativwettbewerbs präsentiert werden. Eine Gelegenheit, den Dialog zwischen Erbe, zeitgenössischer Schöpfung und Übertragung zu erforschen.

As part of the European theme "Heritage in peril: revive, resist, reimagine," discover the Ecole Buissonnière, formerly the Rouen teachers' normal school, rehabilitated by the Matmut into a hotel and office complex since October 2024.
This guided tour will allow you to go back over the history of the site and the architectural project that has preserved and enhanced several remarkable heritage elements, such as the façades of the main building, the bell tower or the clock face from the 19th century. You will also discover how the spaces have been redesigned thanks to a sober contemporary architecture that respects the identity of the place, imagined by the Rouen agency CBA Architectes.
The visit will continue in the courtyard of the establishment, where three monumental sculptures made by young artists are presented as part of a creation competition supported by the Matmut. An opportunity to explore the dialogue between heritage, contemporary creation and transmission.

Nell'ambito della tematica europea "Patrimonio in pericolo: ravvivare, resistere, reimmaginare", scopri la Scuola Buissonnière, ex Scuola normale delle insegnanti di Rouen, riabilitata dalla Matmut come hotel e complesso di uffici dall'ottobre 2024.
Questa visita guidata vi permetterà di tornare sulla storia del sito e sul progetto architettonico che ha permesso di preservare e valorizzare diversi elementi del patrimonio, come le facciate dell'edificio principale, il campanile o il quadrante dell'orologio del XIX secolo. Scoprirete anche come gli spazi sono stati ripensati grazie a un'architettura contemporanea sobria e rispettosa dell'identità del luogo, ideata dall'agenzia rouennaise CBA Architectes.
La visita proseguirà nel cortile dello stabilimento, dove sono presentate tre sculture monumentali realizzate da giovani artisti nell'ambito di un concorso creativo sostenuto dalla Matmut. Un'occasione per esplorare il dialogo tra patrimonio, creazione contemporanea e trasmissione.

Dans le cadre de la thématique européenne « Patrimoine en péril : raviver, résister, réimaginer », découvrez l’École Buissonnière, anciennement Ecole normale des institutrices de Rouen, réhabilitée par la Matmut en hôtel et ensemble de bureaux depuis octobre 2024.
Cette visite commentée vous permettra de revenir sur l’histoire du site et sur le projet architectural qui a permis de préserver et de valoriser plusieurs éléments patrimoniaux remarquables, tels que les façades du bâtiment principal, le clocheton ou encore le cadran de l’horloge du XIXe siècle. Vous découvrirez également comment les espaces ont été repensés grâce à une architecture contemporaine sobre et respectueuse de l’identité du lieu, imaginée par l’agence rouennaise CBA Architectes.
La visite se poursuivra dans la cour de l’établissement, où sont présentées trois sculptures monumentales réalisées par de jeunes artistes dans le cadre d’un concours de création soutenu par la Matmut. Une occasion d’explorer le dialogue entre patrimoine, création contemporaine et transmission.

En el marco de la temática europea «Patrimonio en peligro: revivir, resistir, reimaginar», descubra la Escuela Buissonnière, antiguamente Escuela Normal de Profesoras de Rouen, rehabilitada por la Matmut como hotel y conjunto de oficinas desde octubre de 2024.
Esta visita comentada le permitirá volver sobre la historia del sitio y sobre el proyecto arquitectónico que ha permitido preservar y valorizar varios elementos patrimoniales notables, como las fachadas del edificio principal, el campanario o incluso la esfera del reloj del siglo XIX. También descubrirá cómo los espacios han sido repensados gracias a una arquitectura contemporánea sobria y respetuosa de la identidad del lugar, imaginada por la agencia roennaise CBA Architectes.
La visita continuará en el patio del establecimiento, donde se presentan tres esculturas monumentales realizadas por jóvenes artistas en el marco de un concurso de creación apoyado por la Matmut. Una oportunidad para explorar el diálogo entre patrimonio, creación contemporánea y transmisión.
