Habitation du Simon, Le François
Located between François and Vauclin, at the heart of a sugar plantation. The house of Simon is a splendid building built in XVIII ème century which still saw to the rhythm of harvests and of manufacturing of the rum. The distillery is inside this domain. The rum distillery and the cellar were built on the vestiges of the old(former) sugar refinery.
