Anfang der 90er Jahre, Milena Salvini und Roger Filipuzzi, die Gründer des Centre Mandapa, reisen nach Indien. Anlässlich dieser Reise drehen sie gemeinsam einen Dokumentarfilm: Kutiyattam das älteste Tanztheater der Welt. Diese Dokumentation wird 1994 am Großer Internationaler Preis Video Tanz, und wird eine wichtige Rolle bei der Anerkennung von Kutiyattam als immaterielles Weltkulturerbe durch die UNESCO im Jahr 2001 spielen.
Anlässlich der Tage des Kulturerbes lädt das Zentrum Mandapa Sie ein, diesen außergewöhnlichen Film zu entdecken, der in dieses heilige Theater eingetaucht ist, das nicht allen zugänglich ist. Gefilmt im Kuttambalam, ein speziell im Tempel eingerichtetes Konzertsaal, in dem Bilder von Aufführungen der Episoden des Ramayana sowie der Vorbereitung der Schauspieler und religiöse Rituale vor der Aufführung zu sehen sind.

In the early 90s, Milena Salvini and Roger Filipuzzi, founders of the Mandapa Center, are going to India. On the occasion of this trip, they make together a documentary film: Kutiyattam, the oldest dance theater in the world. This documentary will receive in 1994 the Grand Prix International Video Dance, and will play a major role in the recognition of Kutiyattam as an Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2001.
On the occasion of the Heritage Days, the Mandapa Center invites you to come and discover this exceptional film, rare dive into this sacred theater to which not everyone can have access. Filmed in the Kuttambalam, a specially arranged theater within the Temple grounds, one can discover images of performances of episodes of the Ramayana, as well as the preparation of actors and religious rituals that precede the performance.

Nei primi anni '90, Milena Salvini e Roger Filipuzzi, fondatori del Centro Mandapa, si recano in India. In occasione di questo viaggio, realizzano insieme un film documentario: Kutiyattam il più antico teatro-danza del mondo. Questo documentario riceverà nel 1994 il Gran Premio Internazionale Video Danza, e giocherà un ruolo importante nel riconoscimento del Kutiyattam come Patrimonio Immateriale dell'Umanità da parte dell'UNESCO nel 2001.
In occasione delle Giornate del Patrimonio, il Centro Mandapa vi invita a venire a scoprire questo film eccezionale, immersi in questo teatro sacro al quale non tutti possono accedere. Filmato nel Kuttambalam, una sala di spettacolo appositamente allestita nel recinto del Tempio, dove si possono scoprire immagini di rappresentazioni di episodi del Ramayana, nonché della preparazione degli attori e dei rituali religiosi che precedono la rappresentazione.

A l'occasion des Journées du Patrimoine, le Centre Mandapa vous invite à venir découvrir ce film exceptionnel, plongée rare dans ce théâtre sacré auquel tous ne peuvent avoir accès. Filmé dans le Kuttambalam, une salle de spectacle spécialement aménagée dans l'enceinte du Temple, on peut y découvrir des images de représentations d'épisodes du Ramayana, ainsi que de la préparation des acteurs, et des rituels religieux qui précèdent la performance.

A principios de los años 90, Milena Salvini y Roger Filipuzzi, fundadores del Centro Mandapa, viajan a la India. Con motivo de este viaje, realizan juntos una película documental: Kutiyattam el teatro de baile más antiguo del mundo. Este documental recibirá en 1994 el Gran Premio Internacional de Video Danza, y desempeñará un papel importante en el reconocimiento del Kutiyattam como Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad por la UNESCO en 2001.
Con motivo de las Jornadas del Patrimonio, el Centro Mandapa os invita a venir a descubrir esta película excepcional, inmerso raro en este teatro sagrado al que no todos pueden acceder. Filmado en el Kuttambalam, una sala de espectáculos especialmente acondicionada en el recinto del Templo, donde se pueden descubrir imágenes de representaciones de episodios del Ramayana, así como de la preparación de los actores y de rituales religiosos que preceden a la actuación.
