Le Zellige ist eine traditionelle marokkanische Kunst, bei der die glasierte gekochte Tonerde in ihrer ganzen dekorativen Pracht zum Ausdruck kommt. Handgefertigt und gebacken, erhält jedes Stück Ton eine subtile Emaille, bevor es manuell mit einem speziellen scharfen Hammer (dem Manqach) geschnitten wird. Mit dieser millimetergenauen Geste verziert der Handwerker jeden Spannblech und ermöglicht die Zusammenstellung raffinierter geometrischer, floraler oder pflanzlicher Motive sowie bemerkenswerter kalligraphischer Kreationen.
Dieser praktische Workshop bietet ein außergewöhnliches Eintauchen in die traditionelle ornamentale Grammatik. Der von Oumaima, der Preisträgerin der Akademie der traditionellen Künste in Casablanca, geleitete Workshop bietet den Teilnehmern die Möglichkeit, sich mit der komplexen Technik des traditionellen Zusammensetzens "verkehrt herum" vertraut zu machen. Geleitet von der bloßen Geometrie der Scheiben, legen die Teilnehmer die Schalen gegenüber der Erde auf einen regulierenden Plan, bevor sie das Bindemittel gießen.
Jeder erlebt diesen Übergang von der rohen Materie zur visuellen Harmonie und geht mit seinem eigenen Meisterwerk davon.

Zellige is an ancestral Moroccan art where the glazed fired clay expresses itself in all its decorative splendor. Shaped and cooked in an artisanal way, each piece of clay receives a subtle enamel before being manually cut with a specific sharp hammer (the manqach). With this gesture of millimetric precision, the craftsman unravels each tessera, allowing the composition of sophisticated geometric, floral or plant motifs, and even remarkable calligraphic creations.
This practical workshop offers an exceptional immersion in traditional ornamental grammar. Led by Oumaima, laureate of the Academy of Traditional Arts of Casablanca, the workshop allows participants to learn about the complex technique of traditional assembly "upside down". Guided solely by the geometry of the slices, participants place the tesserae face down on a regulating path before pouring the binder.
Everyone experiences this passage from raw material to visual harmony and leaves with their own masterpiece.

La Zellige è un'arte ancestrale marocchina dove l'argilla cotta smaltata si esprime in tutto il suo splendore decorativo. Lavorata e cotta artigianalmente, ogni pezzo di argilla riceve una sottile smaltatura prima di essere tagliata manualmente con un martello affilato specifico (il manqach). Con questo gesto di precisione millimetrica, l'artigiano decora ogni tessera, permettendo la composizione di sofisticati motivi geometrici, floreali o vegetali, e persino di straordinarie creazioni calligrafiche.
Questo laboratorio pratico offre un'immersione eccezionale nella grammatica ornamentale tradizionale. Animato da Oumaima, vincitrice dell'Accademia delle Arti Tradizionali di Casablanca, il workshop permette ai partecipanti di apprendere la complessa tecnica dell'assemblaggio tradizionale "al contrario". Guidati solo dalla geometria delle fette, i partecipanti dispongono le tessere a terra fronte su un tracciato regolatore prima di incollare il legante.
Ognuno sperimenta questo passaggio dalla materia grezza all'armonia visiva e riparte con il proprio capolavoro.

Le Zellige est un art ancestral marocain où l'argile cuite émaillée s'exprime dans toute sa splendeur décorative. Façonnée et cuite de manière artisanale, chaque pièce d'argile reçoit un émail subtil avant d'être taillée manuellement à l'aide d'un marteau tranchant spécifique (le manqach). Par ce geste d'une précision millimétrique, l'artisan détoure chaque tesselle, permettant la composition de motifs géométriques sophistiqués, floraux ou végétaux, et même de créations calligraphiques remarquables.
Cet atelier pratique offre une immersion d'exception dans la grammaire ornementale traditionnelle. Animé par Oumaima, lauréate de l'Académie des Arts Traditionnels de Casablanca, l'atelier permet aux participants de s'initier à la technique complexe de l'assemblage traditionnel « à l'envers ». Guidés par la seule géométrie des tranches, les participants disposent les tesselles face contre terre sur un tracé régulateur avant de couler le liant.
Chacun expérimente ce passage de la matière brute à l'harmonie visuelle et repart avec son propre chef-d'œuvre.

El Zellige es un arte ancestral marroquí donde la arcilla cocida esmaltada se expresa en todo su esplendor decorativo. Moldeada y cocida de forma artesanal, cada pieza de arcilla recibe un esmalte sutil antes de ser cortada manualmente con un martillo afilado específico (el manqach). Con este gesto de una precisión milimétrica, el artesano decora cada tesela, permitiendo la composición de sofisticados motivos geométricos, florales o vegetales, e incluso de destacadas creaciones caligráficas.
Este taller práctico ofrece una inmersión excepcional en la gramática ornamental tradicional. Dirigido por Oumaima, laureada de la Academia de las Artes Tradicionales de Casablanca, el taller permite a los participantes iniciarse en la compleja técnica del ensamblaje tradicional "al revés". Guiados únicamente por la geometría de las rebanadas, los participantes disponen las teselas boca arriba en un trazado regulador antes de correr el aglutinante.
Cada uno experimenta este paso de la materia bruta a la armonía visual y vuelve con su propia obra maestra.
