In the heart of the historic center of Tulle, the city of accordion and heritage is installed in the building of the former Bank of France, completely transformed to accommodate collections and visitors. More than a museum, the city is a place of discovery and sharing around the history and know-how of the city.
Three permanent routes are offered to visitors between discovery of the accordion, lace poinct of Tulle and history of the Manufacture d'armes.

We recommend that visitors park at the Saint-Pierre car park located 10 minutes walk from the city. Free parking on Saturdays, closed on Sundays.
By vouching at the Saint-Pierre car park, two hours of parking are offered. Do not forget to take your parking ticket with you to validate it on the terminal located at the reception of the city.
Another parking solution: the Place Martial Brigouleix, with its free for two hours once a day and by vehicle, is only 11 minutes walk from the city.
