Ein festlicher und partizipativer Tag im COUR AVEC VUE / La Foulerie - dritter normannischer Ort
13h30-16h Einführung in das Sauerteigbrot mit Antoine, einem bäuerlichen Bäcker in der ehemaligen Bäckerei von La Foulerie.
Es ist eine unglaubliche Erfahrung, um zu lernen, wie man Sauerteig backt! Der praktische Workshop findet während des Festivals du Four à Pain in der ehemaligen Bäckerei La Foulerie statt.
Antoine empfängt Sie zu einem Workshop, der der Herstellung von Sauerteigbrot gewidmet ist und auf dem Programm steht:
- Zubereitung des Teiges mit Sauerteig : Lernen Sie die Techniken, um einen Teig mit Sauerteig zu machen.
- Brotbearbeitung : Erfahren Sie, wie man das Brot formt.
- Kochen einer Charge : Sehen Sie zu, wie eine Brotform gebacken wird.
- Demonstration der Zündung des Ofens : Ein spektakulärer Moment, den man nicht verpassen sollte.
Jeder Teilnehmer wird mit seinem eigenen Sauerteigbrot zurückkehren. Darüber hinaus haben Sie die Möglichkeit, nach der ersten Brotlieferung Ihre eigenen Gerichte und Desserts zum Kochen mitzubringen.
Teilnehmerzahl: Begrenzt auf 10 Personen

A festive and participatory day at COUR AVEC VUE / La Foulerie - third place in Normandy
1:30 pm-4 pm Introduction to sourdough bread with Antoine, a peasant baker in the old bakery of La Foulerie.
It’s an incredible experience to learn how to make sourdough bread! The practical workshop takes place in the old bakery at the Foulerie, during the Bread Oven Festival.
Antoine welcomes you for a workshop dedicated to making sourdough bread, on the program:
- Preparation of the dough with leaven : Learn the techniques to make a sourdough dough.
- Shaping of bread : Learn how to shape bread.
- Cooking a batch : Witness the baking of a batch of bread.
- Demonstration of the furnace ignition : A spectacular moment not to be missed.
Each participant will leave with their own sourdough bread. In addition, you will have the opportunity to bring your dishes and desserts to cook after the first batch of bread.

Una giornata festosa e partecipativa a COUR AVEC VUE / La Foulerie - terzo luogo normanno
ore 13:30-16:00 Iniziazione al pane al lievito con Antoine, contadino e panettiere nell'antica pasticceria di La Foulerie.
È un'esperienza incredibile per imparare a fare il pane con il lievito! Il laboratorio pratico si svolge nell'antica panetteria alla Foulerie, durante il Festival del Forno a Pane.
Antoine vi accoglie per un workshop dedicato alla produzione di pane al lievito, in programma:
- Preparazione dell'impasto con lievito : Impara le tecniche per fare una pasta lievitata.
- Lavorazione del pane : Scopri come modellare il pane.
- Cottura di un forno : Assistete alla cottura di una pagnotta.
- Dimostrazione dell'accensione del forno : Un momento spettacolare da non perdere.
Ogni partecipante ripartirà con il proprio pane al lievito. Inoltre, avrete l'opportunità di portare i vostri piatti e dolci da cucinare dopo la prima fornitura di pane.

13h30-16h Initiation au pain au levain avec Antoine, paysan boulanger dans l'ancienne boulangerie de La Foulerie.
C'est une expérience incroyable pour apprendre à faire du pain au levain ! L'atelier pratique se déroule dans l'ancien boulangerie à la Foulerie, lors du Festival du Four à Pain.
Antoine vous accueille pour un atelier dédiée à la fabrication de pain au levain, au programme :
- Préparation de la pâte au levain : Apprenez les techniques pour faire une pâte au levain.
- Façonnage du pain : Découvrez comment façonner le pain.
- Cuisson d'une fournée : Assistez à la cuisson d'une fournée de pain.
- Démonstration de l'allumage du four : Un moment spectaculaire à ne pas manquer.
Chaque participant repartira avec son propre pain au levain. De plus, vous aurez l'opportunité d'apporter vos plats et desserts à cuisiner après la première fournée de pain.

13h30-16h Iniciación al pan con levadura con Antoine, campesino panadero en la antigua panadería de La Foulerie.
Es una experiencia increíble para aprender a hacer pan con levadura! El taller práctico tiene lugar en la antigua panadería de la Foulerie, durante el Festival del Horno de Pan.
Antoine le da la bienvenida a un taller dedicado a la fabricación de pan con levadura, en el programa:
- Preparación de la masa con levadura : Aprende las técnicas para hacer una masa con levadura.
- Elaboración del pan : Descubre cómo dar forma al pan.
- Cocción de un lote : Presenciar la cocción de un pan.
- Demostración del encendido del horno : Un momento espectacular que no debe perderse.
Cada participante se irá con su propio pan de levadura. Además, tendrás la oportunidad de traer tus platos y postres para cocinar después del primer lote de pan.
