Am Morgen können Sie die Inbetriebnahme einer traditionellen Handcreme beobachten und die verschiedenen Herstellungsschritte der Creme kennenlernen.
Am Nachmittag nehmen Sie teil an der Herstellung von Butter von Hand aus der am Vortag zubereiteten Sahne.
Jeder Teilnehmer wird mit einem kleinen Topf Sahne oder Butter abreisen.

In the morning, watch a traditional hand-held cream separator being put into operation and learn about the different steps involved in making the cream.
In the afternoon, take part in making butter by hand, from the cream prepared the day before.
Each participant will leave with a small jar of cream or butter.

La mattina mettiamo in funzione lo sgrassatore tradizionale a mano e facciamo la crema.

Al mattino, assisti all'avvio di una crema cremosa tradizionale a mano e scopri le diverse fasi della produzione della crema.
Nel pomeriggio, partecipate alla fabbricazione del burro a mano, partendo dalla crema preparata il giorno precedente.
Ogni partecipante uscirà con un piccolo barattolo di panna o burro.

Le matin, assistez à la mise en marche d’une écrémeuse traditionnelle à main et découvrez les différentes étapes de fabrication de la crème.
L’après-midi, participez à la fabrication du beurre à la main, à partir de la crème préparée la veille.
Chaque participant repartira avec un petit pot de crème ou de beurre.

Por la mañana, asista a la puesta en marcha de una cremadora tradicional a mano y descubra las diferentes etapas de fabricación de la crema.
Por la tarde, participa en la fabricación de mantequilla a mano, a partir de la crema preparada el día anterior.
Cada participante se irá con un pequeño frasco de crema o mantequilla.
