Louis Douard ist bekannt für seine Gravuren auf den Felsen von Garlaban in der Tradition der alten Ziegenhirten.
Diese Sammlung besteht aus siebzehn Bänden, die sich mit verschiedenen Themen befassen, wie der Flora von Garlaban, seiner Kindheit in Aubagne und seiner Arbeit in der 1908 gegründeten Keramikfabrik, die Stücke für berühmte Passagierschiffe wie die Normandie und Frankreich produziert hat.
Herr Douard hat jahrelang die Besuche der Gravurstätte kommentiert und seine Erfahrungen bei Konferenzen und Treffen mit den Klassen weitergegeben.

Come and discover the manuscripts of Louis Douard, made with ink and pen. A true testimony to the popular history of our region, these manuscripts are part of the collections of the municipal library of Allauch, following the gift of the artist.
Louis Douard is known for his engravings made on the rocks of Garlaban in the tradition of the old goatherds.
This collection is composed of seventeen volumes dealing with different subjects such as, the flora of Garlaban, his childhood in Aubagne, and his work at the ceramic factory created in 1908, which produced pieces for famous liners like Normandy and France.
Mr. Douard commented for years on visits to the site of the engravings and shared his experiences during conferences and meetings with the classes.

Questa collezione è composta da diciassette volumi che trattano diversi argomenti come la flora di Garlaban, la sua infanzia ad Aubagne e il suo lavoro presso la fabbrica di ceramica creata nel 1908, che ha prodotto pezzi per famosi traghetti come la Normandia e la Francia.
Il signor Douard ha commentato per anni le visite del sito delle incisioni e ha trasmesso le sue esperienze in occasione di conferenze e incontri con le classi.

Louis Douard est connu pour ses gravures réalisées sur les roches du Garlaban dans la tradition des anciens chevriers.
Cette collection est composée de dix-sept volumes traitant de différents sujets tels que, la flore du Garlaban, son enfance à Aubagne, et son travail à l’usine de céramique créée en 1908, laquelle a produit des pièces pour des paquebots célèbres comme le Normandie et le France.
Monsieur Douard a commenté pendant des années les visites du site des gravures et a transmis ses expériences lors de conférences et rencontres avec les classes.
