Einschiffung zum D'ilur
Wie in den vergangenen Jahren möchten wir eine einheitliche Angebotsstruktur beibehalten, mit einem ausgehandelten und identischen Tarif für alle Schiffe: 30 € seit 2023 ab den verschiedenen Häfen.
Anbei finden Sie die Organisation dieses Tages.
Zur Information: Der Park verlangt die Eröffnung eines Online-Ticketshops auf der Website jedes Bootes. Wir werden diese Informationen dann an die Öffentlichkeit, die Presse und in unseren sozialen Netzwerken weitergeben.
Im Anhang finden Sie auch einige schöne Fotos der Naturstätte sowie Informationen über die Insel Ilur, damit Sie diesen Tag in Ihren Kommunikationsmedien präsentieren können.
Einschiffung - 9:00 Uhr
Orte der Einschiffung:
• Hafen von Arradon - 56610 Arradon LYS NOIR
• Port-Blanc - 56870 Baden ANDRÉ YVETTE
• Port-Navalo - 56640 Arzon KROG E BARZ
Treffen 15 Minuten vor der Abfahrt um 8:45 Uhr am Bahnsteig.
Der Empfang der Teilnehmer und das Sicherheitsbriefing werden von der Besatzung vor der Abfahrt durchgeführt.
Navigation gehen
9:00 Uhr: Abfahrt von den verschiedenen Häfen.
11:00 Uhr: Nach etwa zwei Stunden Fahrt zur Insel Ilur sind die Teilnehmer im Anhang auf der Insel ausgestiegen.
Besichtigung der Insel - Freie Teilnahme
• 11:30 - 12:30: Musikalische Animation in der Kapelle durch Anne-Armelle Harnay und Virginie Bedrine.
• 13:30 - 14:30: Besuch von Ilur, moderiert vom Küstenwächter Xavier Le Gallo (ca. 1 Stunde).
• 14:30 - 15:30: Musikalische Animation in der Kapelle durch Anne-Armelle Harnay und Virginie Bedrine.
Holzspielgeräte, Boules de Pétanque, Paletten, Liegestühle usw. werden ebenfalls im Dorf zur Verfügung stehen.
Zu erwarten: ein Picknick zum Mittagessen sowie geeignete Schuhe für das Wandern auf der Insel.
Navigation zurück
16:00 Uhr: Es ist Zeit, in den Anhang zurückzukehren, um die Boote zu erreichen.
Landung
18:00 Uhr: nach etwa zwei Stunden Segelfahrt an Land in den Häfen von Arradon, Baden und Arzon.

Boarding for the island D'ilur
As in previous years, we wish to maintain homogeneity in the offers, with a negotiated and identical rate for all boats: €30 since 2023, departing from different ports.
Please find attached the organization of this day.
For your information, the Park is requesting the opening of an online ticket office on each boat’s website. We will then relay this information to the public, the press and on our social networks.
You will also find attached some beautiful photos of the natural site as well as information on the island of Ilur, in order to allow you to present this day on your communication media.
Boarding – 9:00 am
Boarding places:
• Port of Arradon – 56610 Arradon → BLACK LILY
• Port-Blanc – 56870 Baden → ANDRÉ YVETTE
• Port-Navalo – 56640 Arzon → KROG E BARZ
Meet 15 minutes before departure, at 8:45 am, on the platform.
The reception of participants and the safety briefing will be provided by the crew before departure.
Navigation go
9:00: departure from the various ports.
11:00: after about two hours of navigation to the island of Ilur, the participants are disembarked on the island.
Visit of the island – Free participation
• 11h30 – 12h30: musical entertainment in the chapel by Anne-Armelle Harnay and Virginie Bedrine.
• 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm: Ilur tour led by the coast guard, Xavier Le Gallo (about 1 hour).
• 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm: musical entertainment in the chapel by Anne-Armelle Harnay and Virginie Bedrine.
Wooden games, petanque balls, pucks, deckchairs, etc. will also be available in the village.
To provide: a picnic for lunch and shoes suitable for walking on the island.
Back navigation
16:00: it’s time to leave the annex to join the boats.
Landing
18:00: after about two hours of sailing, return to shore in the ports of Arradon, Baden and Arzon.

Come negli anni precedenti, vogliamo mantenere un'omogeneità nelle offerte, con una tariffa negoziata e identica per tutte le navi: 30 € dal 2023, in partenza dai diversi porti.

A titolo informativo, il Parco richiede l'apertura di una biglietteria online sul sito internet di ogni imbarcazione. Poi condivideremo queste informazioni con il pubblico, la stampa e sui nostri social media.

Imbarco - 9:00

Appuntamento 15 minuti prima della partenza, alle 8:45, sul molo.
L'accoglienza dei partecipanti e il briefing di sicurezza saranno assicurati dall'equipaggio prima della partenza.
Navigazione andata
9:00: partenza dai vari porti.
11:00: dopo circa due ore di navigazione fino all'isola di Ilur, i partecipanti sono sbarcati in allegato sull'isola.
Visita dell'isola - Partecipazione libera
• 11:30 - 12:30: animazione musicale nella cappella da Anne-Armelle Harnay e Virginie Bedrine.
• 13:30 - 14:30: visita di Ilur animata dalla guardia costiera, Xavier Le Gallo (circa 1 ora).
• 14:30 - 15:30: animazione musicale nella cappella da Anne-Armelle Harnay e Virginie Bedrine.
Giochi in legno, bocce, pallet, sdraio, ecc. saranno anche a disposizione nel villaggio.
Da prevedere: un picnic per il pranzo e scarpe adatte per camminare sull'isola.
Navigazione di ritorno
16:00: è ora di tornare in allegato per raggiungere le barche.
Sbarco
18:00: dopo circa due ore di navigazione a vela, ritorno a terra nei porti di Arradon, Baden e Arzon.

Lieux d’embarquement :

Rendez-vous 15 minutes avant le départ, à 8h45, sur le quai.
L’accueil des participants et le briefing de sécurité seront assurés par l’équipage avant le départ.
9h00 : départ des différents ports.
11h00 : après environ deux heures de navigation jusqu’à l’île d’Ilur, les participants sont débarqués en annexe sur l’île.
- Visite de l’île – Participation libre
• 11h30 – 12h30 : animation musicale dans la chapelle par Anne-Armelle Harnay et Virginie Bedrine.
• 13h30 – 14h30 : visite d’Ilur animée par le garde du littoral, Xavier Le Gallo (environ 1 heure).
• 14h30 – 15h30 : animation musicale dans la chapelle par Anne-Armelle Harnay et Virginie Bedrine.
Des jeux en bois, boules de pétanque, palets, transats, etc. seront également à disposition dans le village.
À prévoir : un pique-nique pour le repas du midi ainsi que des chaussures adaptées à la marche sur l’île.
16h00 : il est temps de repartir en annexe pour rejoindre les bateaux.
Débarquement
18h00 : après environ deux heures de navigation à la voile, retour à terre dans les ports d’Arradon, Baden et Arzon.

Comme les années précédentes, nous souhaitons maintenir une homogénéité dans les offres, avec un tarif négocié et identique pour tous les bateaux : 30 € depuis 2023, au départ des différents ports.
Pour information, le Parc demande l’ouverture d’une billetterie en ligne sur le site internet de chaque bateau. Nous relaierons ensuite ces informations auprès du public, de la presse et sur nos réseaux sociaux.

Embarque para el río Ilur
Como en años anteriores, queremos mantener una homogeneidad en las ofertas, con una tarifa negociada e idéntica para todos los barcos: 30 € desde 2023, desde los diferentes puertos.
Adjunto la organización de esta jornada.
Para información, el Parque solicita la apertura de una taquilla en línea en el sitio web de cada barco. Luego compartiremos esta información con el público, la prensa y en nuestras redes sociales.
También encontrará en el anexo algunas hermosas fotos del sitio natural, así como información sobre la isla de Ilur, para permitirle presentar este día en sus medios de comunicación.

Nos reuniremos 15 minutos antes de la salida, a las 8:45 en el muelle.
La recepción de los participantes y el briefing de seguridad serán asegurados por la tripulación antes de la salida.

11:00: después de aproximadamente dos horas de navegación hasta la isla de Ilur, los participantes desembarcaron en un anexo en la isla.
Visita a la isla - Participación libre
• 11h30 - 12h30: animación musical en la capilla por Anne-Armelle Harnay y Virginie Bedrine.
• 13h30 - 14h30: visita de Ilur animada por el guardia del litoral, Xavier Le Gallo (aproximadamente 1 hora).
• 14h30 - 15h30: animación musical en la capilla por Anne-Armelle Harnay y Virginie Bedrine.
Juegos de madera, bolas de petanca, paletas, tumbonas, etc. también estarán disponibles en el pueblo.
Un picnic para el almuerzo y calzado adecuado para caminar por la isla.
Navegación de vuelta
16:00: es hora de volver al anexo para unirse a los barcos.
Desembarco
18:00: después de unas dos horas de navegación a vela, regreso a tierra en los puertos de Arradon, Baden y Arzon.
