The kamishibaï workshop "I want to go reindeer hunting" allows you to discover the way of life of the Magdalenians who lived in the south of Île-de-France at the end of the recent Paleolithic. Of Japanese origin, the kamishibai is a technique of contage illustrated with a Butai in which images scroll. The tale illustrates the story of little Ourna and her family on their campsite.

The excavations carried out on this site attest to the human presence since Prehistory. CNRS or affiliated researchers carry out important research on the living conditions of men at the age of reindeer. There are notably reindeer woods, ornamental elements, clusters of flint, fireplaces of the Magdalenian era; but also traces of occupation from Neolithic to Gallo-Roman.
