Located in a completely renovated medieval castle, the CIAC presents three temporary exhibitions per year, both open to the world and representative of the artists of the region. Once a year, one of these exhibitions is the result of an artistic residency. In addition, he constantly disseminates works from his own collection. In the rooms of the west wing, dialogues or confrontations are forged between contemporary art and restored heritage vestiges dating from the seventeenth century. A documentation center located on the second floor allows insiders and curious to consult, by appointment, books and documents specialized in contemporary art. Finally, the mediators of the public service welcome each in its discovery of the place and the exhibitions through visits, conferences, meetings, workshops and realizations of projects in partnership with interventions of artists.
