Mansion of master(teacher) sweetheart (solicitor) builds from 1929 till 1934, significant example of private architecture of the common(current) Art deco. The hotel was rehabilitated in 1990 for the installation of the offices(desks) of a finance company. It is occupied by the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne today.
