Die Destillation erfolgt in einem Kupfer-Alambic mit Quellwasser. Sie wird von Gabrielle Alcazar geleitet, der Direktorin des Vereins Centaurée in Forcalquier.
Die Mai-Rosen stammen von den Feldern der Amorosi-Rosen, die von Letizia Amorosi in Barjols, in der grünen Provence im oberen Var, angebaut werden. Diese morgens gepflückten Rosen werden tagsüber frisch destilliert, um ein hochwertiges Blütenwasser zu erhalten.
Dieses Rosenwasser wird vor Ort in blauen Glasflaschen verkauft. Sowie andere Produkte (verschiedene Hydrolate, ölige Mazerate, Sirupe und Rosengelee).
Zwei bis drei Destillationen werden im Laufe des Tages von 10 bis 18 Uhr durchgeführt.
Die für eine Destillation benötigte Zeit beträgt etwa 2 Stunden.

The distillation will be carried out in a copper still, with spring water. It will be provided by Gabrielle Alcazar, director of the association Centaurée in Forcalquier.
The May roses will come from the fields of Amorosi Roses, cultivated by Letizia Amorosi in Barjols, in the Provence Verte of the upper Var. These roses, picked in the morning, will be distilled fresh during the day to obtain a quality floral water.
This rose water will be sold on site in blue glass bottles. As well as other products (various hydrolates, oil macerates, syrups and rose jellies).
Two to three distillations will be carried out during the day, from 10am to 6pm.
The time required for distillation is about 2 hours.

La distillazione sarà effettuata in un alambicco di rame, con acqua di sorgente. Sarà assicurata da Gabrielle Alcazar, direttrice dell'associazione Centaurée a Forcalquier.
Le rose di maggio provengono dai campi delle Roses Amorosi, coltivate da Letizia Amorosi a Barjols, nella Provenza Verde dell'alto Var. Queste rose, raccolte al mattino, saranno distillate fresche durante il giorno per ottenere un'acqua floreale di qualità.
Quest'acqua di rose sarà venduta sul posto in flaconi di vetro blu. Così come altri prodotti (diversi idrolati, macerati oleosi, sciroppi e gelatine di rose).
Due o tre distillazioni saranno effettuate nel corso della giornata, dalle 10 alle 18.
Il tempo necessario per una distillazione è di circa 2 ore.

Les roses de mai proviendront des champs des Roses Amorosi, cultivés par Letizia Amorosi à Barjols, dans la Provence Verte du haut Var. Ces roses, cueillies le matin, seront distillées fraîches dans la journée pour obtenir une eau florale de qualité.
Cette eau de rose sera vendue sur place dans des flacons en verre bleu. Ainsi que d’autres produits (différents hydrolats, macérats huileux, sirops et gelées de roses).
Deux à trois distillations seront réalisées dans la journée, de 10h à 18h.
Le temps nécessaire pour une distillation est d’environ 2h.

Las rosas de mayo provendrán de los campos de las Roses Amorosi, cultivadas por Letizia Amorosi en Barjols, en la Provence Verte del alto Var. Estas rosas, recogidas por la mañana, serán destiladas frescas durante el día para obtener un agua floral de calidad.
Este agua de rosas se venderá in situ en frascos de vidrio azul. Así como otros productos (diferentes hidrolatos, macerados oleosos, jarabes y gelatinas de rosas).
Se realizarán dos o tres destilaciones durante el día, de 10 a 18 horas.
El tiempo necesario para una destilación es de aproximadamente 2 horas.
