MAGNETIC BODIES refers, in the field of science and physics, to polarized bodies in interaction with those around them. The challenge of this artistic approach is to make dance permeable, in the broad sense, to other artistic disciplines for exploring the boundaries of movement.
This show is a way of thinking differently about the relationship with others, the relationship with the world, to open doors towards imaginary and sensitive universes.
Both a dancer and a masseur, Massimo Fusco undertakes to connect the arts and somatic practices through the immersive sound, visual and choreographic installations : SOUND BODIES and JUNIOR SOUND BODIES.
The transversality of his bodily practices opens up a field of possible actions to create original choreographic projects within MAGNETIC BODIES.
Massimo Fusco is an associate artist at the Hivernales – CDCN d'Avignon. The associated artist device set up by the Ministry of Culture allows both to provide companies with support and comprehensive guidance for a period of three years and to the National Choreographic Development Centres to nourish their artistic program, pedagogical and mediation through a sustained relationship.
