The current Protestant church was built in 1404, a flamboyant Gothic choir was added in 1503 (one can admire the baptismal fonts of 1505 composed of 2 elements: the monolithic foot and the octagonal basin). The vault of the choir dates from the early 16th century. The ribbed vault with secondary ribs, similar to that on the ground floor of the tower, is decorated with 3 historiated keystones in relief: they represent Saint Stephen half-length, a Virgin and Child and a shield.
On the north side, an upper chamber opens onto the choir through windows, it would be a chapel or a lodge for the use of the ancient lords. The nave was raised in 1758 to make room for a second gallery, which has been removed in the meantime. Oculi are practiced in the 18th century above Gothic windows. The last floor of the bell tower was reassembled before 1933.
Having become a simultaneous church in 1682, it has only been used for Lutheran worship since the construction of the Catholic church in 1939.
