Im Vorfeld der Preisverleihung dieser ersten Ausgabe des Prix Départemental de la Rénovation wird Mika Sautet seinen Blick auf eine Architektur teilen, die mit dem Bestehenden harmoniert, aus den Materialien des Territoriums innoviert und den aktuellen ökologischen Herausforderungen entspricht.
HMONP-Architektin und Kunsthandwerkerin, die im ökologischen Bauen und in der Verwendung von biobasierten Materialien, insbesondere Stroh, geschult ist. Sie setzt sich für einen sensiblen und engagierten Ansatz ein, der lokale Ressourcen und handwerkliches Können schätzt. Seine Arbeit konzentriert sich auf Lösungen, die architektonische Qualität, thermischen Komfort und sparsamen Umgang mit Ressourcen vereinen.
Sie wird insbesondere das Projekt "Maison Tardieu" vorstellen, das derzeit im Herzen des historischen Zentrums von Arles läuft. Diese Sanierung einer alten Garage als Wohnraum zeigt, dass der ökologische Bau seinen festen Platz in dichtem urbanem Umfeld findet. Die Baukörper und architektonischen Elemente des Steingebäudes werden bewahrt und hervorgehoben, während Materialien aus der Camargue das Projekt bereichern. Diese Baustelle öffnet sich auch dem Experimentieren mit natürlichen Materialien, die wenig verarbeitet sind, manchmal am Rande der technischen Dokumente, und mobilisiert handwerkliches Know-how sowie innovative Praktiken. Dieser Ansatz trägt dazu bei, die Implementierungstechniken weiterzuentwickeln, die zur Unterstützung der Renovierungen von morgen unerlässlich sind.
Die Preisverleihung wird von einem geselligen Moment bei einem Getränk gefolgt, um den Austausch zu verlängern.

As a prelude to the award ceremony of this first edition of the Prix Départemental de la Rénovation, Mika Sautet will share her vision of an architecture that works with what already exists, innovates using local materials and responds to current environmental challenges.
HMONP architect and craftswoman, trained in eco-construction and the implementation of bio-based materials, notably straw, she defends a sensitive and committed approach that values local resources and artisanal know-how. His work favors solutions combining architectural quality, thermal comfort and sobriety in the use of resources.
She will present in particular the project "Maison Tardieu", currently underway in the heart of the historic center of Arles. This rehabilitation of a former garage into housing demonstrates that eco-construction finds its place in dense urban environments. The volumes and architectural elements of the stone building are preserved and enhanced, while materials from the Camargue enrich the project. This project also opens up to the experimentation of natural materials that have been little processed, sometimes on the fringes of technical documents, and mobilizes artisanal know-how as well as innovative practices. This approach contributes to the evolution of implementation techniques, which are essential to support tomorrow’s renovations.
The awards ceremony will be followed by a moment of conviviality over a drink to prolong the exchanges.

In apertura della premiazione di questa prima edizione del Premio Dipartimentale della Ristrutturazione, Mika Sautet condividerà il suo punto di vista su un'architettura che si integra con l'esistente, innova a partire dai materiali del territorio e risponde alle sfide ambientali attuali.
Architetto HMONP e artigiana, addestrata per l'eco-edilizia e l'utilizzo di materiali a base biologica, in particolare la paglia, difende un approccio sensibile e impegnato che valorizza le risorse locali e il know-how artigianale. Il suo lavoro privilegia soluzioni che conciliano qualità architettonica, comfort termico e sobrietà nell'uso delle risorse.
Presenterà in particolare il progetto "Maison Tardieu", attualmente in corso nel cuore del centro storico di Arles. Questa ristrutturazione di un vecchio garage come abitazione dimostra che l'ecocostruzione trova il suo posto in un ambiente urbano denso. I volumi e gli elementi architettonici dell'edificio in pietra sono conservati e valorizzati, mentre materiali provenienti dalla Camargue arricchiscono il progetto. Questo cantiere si apre anche alla sperimentazione di materiali naturali poco trasformati, a volte al margine dei documenti tecnici, e mobilita il know-how artigianale e le pratiche innovative. Questo approccio contribuisce a far evolvere le tecniche di implementazione, indispensabili per accompagnare le ristrutturazioni del futuro.
La consegna dei premi sarà seguita da un momento di convivialità intorno a un drink per prolungare gli scambi.

En préambule de la remise des prix de cette première édition du Prix Départemental de la Rénovation, Mika Sautet partagera son regard sur une architecture qui compose avec l'existant, innove à partir des matériaux du territoire et répond aux enjeux environnementaux actuels.
Architecte HMONP et artisane, formée à l'écoconstruction et à la mise en œuvre de matériaux biosourcés, notamment la paille, elle défend une approche sensible et engagée qui valorise les ressources locales et les savoir-faire artisanaux. Son travail privilégie des solutions conciliant qualité architecturale, confort thermique et sobriété dans l'usage des ressources.
Elle présentera notamment le projet "Maison Tardieu", actuellement en cours au coeur du centre historique d’Arles. Cette réhabilitation d'un ancien garage en logement démontre que l'écoconstruction trouve toute sa place en milieu urbain dense. Les volumes et les éléments architecturaux du bâtiment en pierre sont préservés et mis en valeur, tandis que des matériaux issus de la Camargue viennent enrichir le projet. Ce chantier s'ouvre également à l'expérimentation de matériaux naturels peu transformés, parfois en marge des documents techniques, et mobilise des savoir-faire artisanaux comme des pratiques innovantes. Cette démarche contribue à faire évoluer les techniques de mise en œuvre, indispensables pour accompagner les rénovations de demain.
La remise des prix sera suivie d'un moment de convivialité autour d'un verre pour prolonger les échanges.

En el prefacio de la entrega de los premios de esta primera edición del Premio Departamental de la Renovación, Mika Sautet compartirá su mirada sobre una arquitectura que se integra con lo existente, innova a partir de los materiales del territorio y responde a los desafíos ambientales actuales.
Arquitecta HMONP y artesana, formada en ecoconstrucción y aplicación de materiales de origen biológico, especialmente la paja, defiende un enfoque sensible y comprometido que valoriza los recursos locales y los conocimientos artesanales. Su trabajo privilegia soluciones que concilian calidad arquitectónica, confort térmico y sobriedad en el uso de los recursos.
Presentará en particular el proyecto "Maison Tardieu", actualmente en curso en el corazón del centro histórico de Arles. Esta rehabilitación de un antiguo garaje como vivienda demuestra que la ecoconstrucción encuentra todo su lugar en medio urbano denso. Los volúmenes y los elementos arquitectónicos del edificio de piedra se conservan y destacan, mientras que materiales procedentes de la Camarga enriquecen el proyecto. Este proyecto también se abre a la experimentación con materiales naturales poco transformados, a veces al margen de los documentos técnicos, y moviliza conocimientos artesanales y prácticas innovadoras. Este enfoque contribuye a hacer evolucionar las técnicas de implementación, indispensables para acompañar las renovaciones del futuro.
La entrega de premios será seguida por un momento de convivencia alrededor de una copa para prolongar los intercambios.

Founded by Pope Innocent VI in the 14th century, the Charterhouse of Val de Bénédiction is one of the largest and most remarkable monasteries of the Carthusian order. Masterpiece of the Gothic heritage of southern France extending over 2 hectares, with several gardens, the Chartreuse houses two treasures from the medieval era: the tomb of Pope Innocent VI, and the cycle of frescoes by Matteo Giovannetti. Occupied by inhabitants at the beginning of the monks to the Revolution, the Charterhouse has since 1973 vocation to host artistic residences especially around the writings and theatrical creation. Open all year to visitors, the Chartreuse also offers a rich cultural program throughout the seasons. Digital spaces restore the disappeared decorations of the church and the invisible details of the frescoes. A large tactile table allows to explore the great transformations of the Chartreuse since the 14th century.
