"Immobilienmarketing: eine Welt, die unseren Wünschen entspricht"

Welche Vision von der Stadt bieten die Architekten und die Akteure des Immobilienmarktes? Überwiegend weibliche, junge, blonde und weiße Figuren, ein Rahmen, der sich auf die attraktivste Fassade des Gebäudes konzentriert, und Schatten, Sitze des Zweifels und des Ungewissen, wenig ausgesprochen. Eine Darstellung der Realität ohne tote Winkel, die, um den Theoretiker Michel Mourlet zu paraphrasieren, unseren Blick ersetzt, um uns eine Welt zu geben, die unseren Wünschen entspricht.
Das Projekt Ici prochainement (2012 - work in progress) überträgt die Realität eines gewöhnlichen kollektiven Wohnens und einer täglichen Stadtpraxis in die Ästhetik der von den Bauträgern produzierten projektiven Ansichten. In dieser Präsentation wird Alban Lécuyer den Prozess der Entstehung seiner Bilder durch die Behandlung von Mineralien, Pflanzen, Klima und Figuren beschreiben und auf die unbewussten Echos zwischen dem Immobilienmarketing und der Geschichte der Fotografie eingehen.

“Real estate marketing: a world that suits our desires”
with Alban Lécuyer, in partnership with the Rendez-vous de l'histoire
What vision of the city do architects and real estate market players propose? Predominantly female characters, young, blond and white, a framing centered on the most seductive facade of the building and shadows, seats of doubt and uncertainty, not pronounced. A representation of reality without blind spots that, paraphrasing the theorist Michel Mourlet, substitutes itself for our gaze to give us a world attuned to our desires.
The project Ici prochainement (2012 – work in progress) transposes the reality of an ordinary collective habitat and a daily practice of the city into the aesthetics of the projective views produced by real estate developers. In this presentation, Alban Lécuyer will detail the process of creating his images through the treatment of minerals, plants, climate and characters, and will return to the unconscious echoes between real estate marketing and the history of photography.

Quale visione della città propongono gli architetti e gli attori del mercato immobiliare? Personaggi prevalentemente femminili, giovani, biondi e bianchi, un inquadramento centrato sulla facciata più seducente dell'edificio e ombre, sedi del dubbio e dell'incerto, poco pronunciate. Una rappresentazione del reale senza angoli ciechi che, parafrasando il teorico Michel Mourlet, si sostituisce al nostro sguardo per darci un mondo concesso ai nostri desideri.
Il progetto Ici prochainement (2012 - lavoro in corso) traspone la realtà di un abitare collettivo ordinario e di una pratica quotidiana della città nell'estetica delle vedute proiettive prodotte dai promotori immobiliari. In questa presentazione, Alban Lécuyer descriverà il processo di creazione delle sue immagini attraverso l'elaborazione del minerale, della pianta, del clima e dei personaggi, e ritornerà sugli echi inconsci tra il marketing immobiliare e la storia della fotografia.

Quelle vision de la ville proposent les architectes et les acteurs du marché de l’immobilier ? Des personnages majoritairement féminins, jeunes, blonds et blancs, un cadrage centré sur la façade la plus séduisante du bâtiment et des ombres, sièges du doute et de l’incertain, peu prononcées. Une représentation du réel sans angles morts qui, en paraphrasant le théoricien Michel Mourlet, se substitue à notre regard pour nous donner un monde accordé à nos désirs.
Le projet Ici prochainement (2012 – travail en cours) transpose la réalité d’un habitat collectif ordinaire et d’une pratique quotidienne de la ville dans l’esthétique des vues projectives produites par les promoteurs immobiliers. Dans cette présentation, Alban Lécuyer détaillera le processus de création de ses images à travers le traitement du minéral, du végétal, du climat et des personnages, et reviendra sur les échos inconscients entre le marketing immobilier et l’histoire de la photographie.

Personajes mayoritariamente femeninos, jóvenes, rubios y blancos, un encuadre centrado en la fachada más seductora del edificio y sombras, lugares de duda e incertidumbre, poco pronunciadas. Una representación de la realidad sin puntos ciegos que, parafraseando al teórico Michel Mourlet, se substituye a nuestra mirada para darnos un mundo conforme a nuestros deseos.
El proyecto Ici prochainement (2012 - trabajo en curso) traslada la realidad de un hábitat colectivo ordinario y de una práctica diaria de la ciudad a la estética de las vistas proyectivas producidas por los promotores inmobiliarios. En esta presentación, Alban Lécuyer detallará el proceso de creación de sus imágenes a través del tratamiento del mineral, la planta, el clima y los personajes, y volverá sobre los ecos inconscientes entre el marketing inmobiliario y la historia de la fotografía.
