In diesem Workshop auf Fersen entführt Tara Sie in seine elegante und zugleich schwefelige Welt. Auf dem Programm: gute Laune, Action und Loslassen!
Was soll ich tragen:
– ein Paar bequeme Tanzfersen mit Riemen - ein Outfit, in dem Sie sich wohl fühlen. Zum Beispiel eine Tanzhose, Netzstrumpfhosen oder eine Sportleggings und ein Top (kein Rock)
- der unverzichtbare rote Lippenstift!

During this workshop on heels, Tara will transport you to her elegant and sulphurous universe. On the program: good mood, acting and letting go!
What to wear:
– a pair of comfortable dance heels with straps – an outfit you feel comfortable in. For example a dance leotard, fishnet tights or sports leggings and a top (no skirt)
– the essential red lipstick!

Cosa indossare:
– un paio di tacchi da ballo confortevole con cinturino - un vestito in cui ti senti a tuo agio. Ad esempio un body da ballo, collant a rete o un leggings sportivi e un top (senza gonna)
- l'indispensabile rossetto rosso!

Lors de cet atelier sur talons, Tara vous transportera dans son univers à la fois élégant et sulfureux. Au programme : bonne humeur, acting et lâcher prise !
Quoi porter :
– une paire de talons de danse confortable avec bride
– une tenue dans laquelle vous vous sentez à l’aise. Par exemple un justaucorps de danse, collants résille ou un legging de sport et un top (pas de jupe)
– l’indispensable rouge à lèvres rouge !

– un par de tacones de baile cómodos con correa - un traje en el que se siente cómodo. Por ejemplo, un maillot de baile, medias de rejilla o un legging deportivo y un top (sin falda)
