We’re playing with the museum team.

In the cabarets and guinguettes of the banks of the Seine jostles an interlope crowd. Bourgeois and populos come to entertain themselves, hoping to meet some celebrities of the Parisian bohemian, painters, chansonniers and semi-socialites. We walk around to enjoy the beauty of the landscapes of the banks of the Seine, or we join a table to play with passion cards: Bésigue, Polignac, Carabin or Ecarté. So many games of salon and casino where, at the time, money passes from hand to hand, to the delight of these gentlemen in canoe and these ladies dressed up, the head intoxicated with sun. But, at the Museum, there is no question of betting! So you will have the thrill but… you will keep your shirt.
