The term fitness includes a plurality of individual activities (cardio, strength training, stretching, etc.) or collective or other variations aimed at improving physical fitness. Fitness activities allow both to lose weight, work the whole body, endurance and cardio, build muscle,
soften and maintain. They are practiced with different types of small materials: elastic, weight, stick… It is ultimately a question of promoting the well-being of
participants and their overall form.

  Inscriptions

  Registrations for seniors, pre-retirees and according to some
  activities, with family and friends, Tuesday, September 17, 2019 from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm at the Marianne room, place de la République (Annappes).
  After this date, registrations will be taken at the Service municipal des Aînés, Maison des aînés, rue de la Station, during opening hours.
  It is possible to participate in several activities. However, due to the large number of seniors and to allow everyone to register for at least one animation, a priority will be asked for choices.
