Elodie Wysocki is a visual artist, graduated from the School of Fine Arts of Nîmes and the University of Lille. Through his plastic research, the artist questions the notion of otherness: what is different, but also wild, strange, even monstrous. His repertoire of creation is polymorphic, often in volumes, between textile and ceramics. This curiosity for others led the artist to delve into other fields of research and experimentation involving notions of marginalization, anthropology, mythology and philosophy. Her research also focuses on exploring eco-feminist thought, a place of intersection of the artist’s questions. She gives us her personal and subjective vision of the exhibition "Where are the women?"

Elodie Wysocki est artiste plasticienne, diplômée de l’école des Beaux-arts de Nîmes et de l’Université de Lille. A travers sa recherche plastique, l’artiste interroge la notion d’altérité : ce qui est autre, différent, mais aussi sauvage, étrange, voire monstrueux. Son répertoire de création est polymorphe, souvent en volumes, entre textile et céramique.
Cette curiosité pour les autres a amené l’artiste à fouiller d’autres champs de recherche et d’expérimentations touchant aux notions de marginalisation, d’anthropologie, de mythologie et de philosophie.
Sa recherche s’attache aussi à explorer la pensée éco-féministe, lieu de croisement des interrogations de l’artiste.
Elle nous livre sa vision personnelle et subjective de l'exposition "Où sont les femmes ?"

Elodie Wysocki is een beeldend kunstenaar, afgestudeerd aan de School of Fine Arts of Nîmes en de Universiteit van Lille. Door zijn plastisch onderzoek plaatst de kunstenaar vraagtekens bij het begrip 'anders': Wat is anders, maar ook wild, vreemd, zelfs monsterlijk. Zijn repertoire van de schepping is polymorf, vaak in volumes, tussen textiel en keramiek. Deze nieuwsgierigheid voor anderen leidde ertoe dat de kunstenaar zich verdiept in andere gebieden van onderzoek en experimenten met begrippen als marginalisatie, antropologie, mythologie en filosofie. Haar onderzoek richt zich ook op het verkennen van eco-feministisch denken, een plaats van kruising van de vragen van de kunstenaar. Ze geeft ons haar persoonlijke en subjectieve visie op de tentoonstelling "waar zijn de vrouwen?"
