On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, the museum invites you to experience a giant weekend! Discover A little history of giants: the legend of Lydéric and Phinaert, the new exhibition that celebrates these iconic figures from the North of France and Belgium, and participate in an exceptional workshop led by Dorian Demarcq, creator of giants.
Also on the program: guided tours around the masterpieces of the museum, its collections, architecture and bestiary with the association Saint Michel in Transition, not forgetting the incredible installations by Felice Varini. A route specially designed for families will delight young and old.
The exhibition "A little story of giants: the legend of Lydéric and Phinaert" is presented as part of Fiesta, 7th edition of lille3000.

À l’occasion des Journées Européennes du Patrimoine, le musée vous invite à vivre un week-end de géant ! Découvrez Une petite histoire de géants : la légende de Lydéric et Phinaert, la nouvelle exposition qui célèbre ces figures emblématiques du Nord de la France et de Belgique, et participez à un atelier exceptionnel animé par Dorian Demarcq, créateur de géants.
Au programme également : visites guidées autour des chefs-d’œuvre du musée, de ses collections, de l’architecture et son bestiaire avec l’association Saint Michel en Transition, sans oublier les incroyables installations de Felice Varini. Un parcours spécialement pensé pour les familles ravira petits et grands.

Ter gelegenheid van de Europese Erfgoeddagen nodigt het museum u uit om een gigantisch weekend te beleven! Ontdek Een kleine geschiedenis van reuzen: De legende van Lydéric en Phinaert, de nieuwe tentoonstelling die deze iconische figuren uit Noord-Frankrijk en België viert, en neem deel aan een uitzonderlijke workshop onder leiding van Dorian Demarcq, de maker van reuzen.
Ook op het programma: Rondleidingen rond de meesterwerken van het museum, de collecties, architectuur en bestiary met de vereniging Saint Michel in transitie, niet te vergeten de ongelooflijke installaties van Felice Varini. Een route speciaal ontworpen voor gezinnen zal jong en oud verrukken.
