Charming little medieval town created by the Templars, then enlarged and fortified by the Hospitallers, the village was classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France. Located on a territory classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, it presents numerous buildings classified as Historical Monuments, and has preserved its authenticity. The lively streets are lined with shops of craftsmen who enjoy sharing their know-how.
