Im Herzen des Viertels Danton verkörpert die Insel Beauville die Fortsetzung des Plans zur städtischen Sanierung, der 2021 mit dem Pôle Simone Veil begonnen wurde. Das architektonische Projekt, bestehend aus einem dritten Platz, einem Dojo und Wohnungen, passt sich an die benachbarten Einrichtungen durch seine Morphologie und Materialwahl an.
Der Einsatz von Stahlbeton, das Tempo der Fassaden und sein Herz als Landschaftsinsel sind so viele Augenblicke, die mit der Architektur von Auguste Perret verbunden sind.

In the heart of the Danton district, the Beauville block embodies the continuation of the urban requalification plan initiated with the Simone Veil pole in 2021. The architectural project, including a third-place, a dojo and apartments, matches the neighboring developments by its morphology and the choice of materials.
The use of reinforced concrete, the rhythm of the facades and its landscaped heart are all nods to the architecture of Auguste Perret.

Nel cuore del quartiere Danton, l'isolotto di Beauville incarna il proseguimento del piano di riqualificazione urbana avviato con il polo Simone Veil nel 2021. Il progetto architettonico, che comprende un terzo luogo, un dojo e appartamenti, si adatta alle strutture vicine per la sua morfologia e la scelta dei materiali.
L'uso del cemento armato, il ritmo delle facciate e il suo cuore di isola paesaggistica sono altrettanti occhiolini di luce assunti per l'architettura di Auguste Perret.
