Im Rahmen der Europäischen Tage des Kulturerbes 2022, zum Thema des nachhaltigen Kulturerbes, der Verein bewohnt. lädt Sie ein, an der transformativen Aktion FORT-DE-FRANCE PORTES OPEN teilzunehmen: ein Instrument zur Anerkennung und Wertschätzung des Lebens der Einwohner von Foyal. Eine Möglichkeit, ihre Lebensgeschichten durch ihre Häuser, Räume und Menschen kennenzulernen. FORT-DE-FRANCE OPEN DOORS ist eine von der Aktivistin und Stadtplanerin Jane Jacobs inspirierte Aktion, die darauf abzielt, die Architektur der Häuser im Stadtzentrum als Beispiel für die Aufwertung des architektonischen Erbes der Foyalais zu fördern. Diese traditionellen Gebäude waren Gegenstand zeitgenössischer Renovierungen und sind die Vorbilder der "Wohnmaschinen" (*) des 21. Jahrhunderts.

Nach der Explosion des Berges Pelée, der Saint-Pierre 1902 verwüstete, wurde Fort-de-France keine militärische und administrative Hauptstadt mehr und wurde zu einer zivilen Hauptstadt der Insel Martinique. Die Architektur von Fort-de-France ist das Zeugnis verschiedener Wohnformen und vor allem der Technologie des Bauens durch die Entwicklung seiner Bewohner. Wir können das Vorhandensein einer Metallarchitektur des XIX. Jahrhunderts, einer modernistischen Architektur des Stahlbetons finden, die mit der öffentlichen Investition der großen Gebäude der 30er Jahre entwickelt wurde-50s, monumentale Architektur der 80er Jahre und zeitgenössische Architektur seit den 2000er Jahren mit der Verbreitung von Glas als Fassadenmaterial. Darüber hinaus finden wir eine wichtige Präsenz der traditionellen Architektur der Kolonialzeit, oft verlassen und ignoriert, und leider manchmal zerstört. Einige Bewohner haben sich für diese Art von Architektur interessiert und investiert, um bewohnbare Räume zu entwickeln, im Dialog mit seinem architektonischen Kontext der Innenstadt, auf umweltfreundliche Weise mit diesem Land, das einst Mangroven waren.

Am Sonntag, den 18. September 2022, werden in einem Fenster von 9 bis 12 Uhr mehrere bewohnbare und mit einer Beschilderung an der Fassade gekennzeichnete Häuser ihre Türen für Besucher öffnen. Die Öffentlichkeit kann das Innere dieser Gebäude betreten und besichtigen, im Rahmen eines freien und spontanen Rundgangs durch die Stadt Fort-de-France. Sie können den Bewohnern des Hauses Fragen stellen und die Geschichte der foyalais Innenstadt in einem Moment des Austauschs rund um ein Café kennenlernen. Nach diesem Moment werden die Teilnehmer eingeladen, an einem geselligen Aperitif im PATIO19 um 12 Uhr zwischen allen Besuchern und Eigentümern der Foyalaises teilzunehmen. Alle Teilnehmerinnen müssen sich auf der Agenda des Kultusministeriums anmelden und werden mit einem Namensschild identifiziert, das sie zu Beginn der Aktivität am 8.30 Uhr am selben Tag der Aktion am PATIO19 erhalten haben.

FORT-DE-FRANCE PORTES OUVERTES is an action inspired by activist and urban planner Jane Jacobs, which aims to promote the architecture of downtown houses as an example of showcasing Foyali architectural heritage. These traditional buildings have been the object of contemporary renovations and are the models of the “living machines” (*) of the twenty-first century.

Following the explosion of Mount Pelee that devastated Saint-Pierre in 1902, Fort-de-France ceased to be a military and administrative capital to become a civilian capital of the island of Martinique. The architecture of Fort-de-France is the testimony of different modes of living and, above all, of the technology of construction through the evolution of its inhabitants. We can find the presence of a metal architecture of the XIX century, a modernist architecture in reinforced concrete developed with the public investment of the great buildings of the 30s-50s, a monumental architecture of the 80s and a contemporary architecture since the 2000s with the proliferation of glass as façade materials. In addition, we find an important presence of traditional colonial architecture, often abandoned and ignored, and unfortunately, sometimes destroyed. Some inhabitants took an interest in this type of architecture and invested in developing habitable spaces, in dialogue with its architectural context of the city center, in an eco-responsible way with these lands that were once mangroves.

During the Sunday of September 18, 2022, in a niche from 9am to 12pm, several habitable houses, identified with signs on the façade, will open their doors to visitors. The public can enter and visit the interior of these buildings, as part of a free and spontaneous tour of the city of Fort-de-France. They will be able to ask questions to the inhabitants of the house and to know its history of inhabitants of the Foyal city center, in a moment of exchanges around a café. After this moment, the participants will be invited to participate in a convivial aperitif at 12:00 pm between all the visitors and owners of the Foyal houses. All participants will have to register on the openagenda of the Ministry of Culture and they will be identified by a badge retrieved at the beginning of the activity at PATIO19 from 8:30 am on the same day of the action.

Un modo per conoscere le loro storie di vita attraverso le loro case, spazi e abitanti. FORT-DE-FRANCE PORTE APERTE è un'azione ispirata all'attivista e urbanista Jane Jacobs, che mira a promuovere l'architettura delle case del centro città come esempio di valorizzazione del patrimonio architettonico foyalese. Questi edifici tradizionali sono stati oggetto di ristrutturazioni contemporanee e sono i modelli delle "macchine ad abitare" (*) del secolo XXI.

In seguito all'esplosione della Montagna Pelée che ha devastato Saint-Pierre nel 1902, Fort-de-France ha cessato di essere una capitale militare e amministrativa per diventare una capitale civile dell'isola della Martinica. L'architettura di Fort-de-France è la testimonianza di diversi modi di abitare e, soprattutto, della tecnologia della costruzione attraverso l'evoluzione dei suoi abitanti. Possiamo trovare la presenza di un'architettura in metallo del XIX secolo, un'architettura modernista in cemento armato sviluppata con l'investimento pubblico di grandi edifici degli anni '30Anni '50, architettura monumentale degli anni '80 e architettura contemporanea dal 2000 con la proliferazione del vetro come materiali di facciata. Inoltre, troviamo un'importante presenza di un'architettura tradizionale dell'epoca coloniale, spesso abbandonata e ignorata e, purtroppo, talvolta distrutta. Alcuni abitanti si sono interessati a questo tipo di architettura e hanno investito per svilupparvi spazi abitabili, in dialogo con il suo contesto di architettura del centro città, in modo ecologicamente responsabile con quelle terre che un tempo erano mangrovie.

Durante la domenica del 18 settembre 2022, in una nicchia dalle 9 alle 12, diverse case abitabili e identificate con segnaletica sulla facciata, apriranno le loro porte ai visitatori. Il pubblico potrà entrare e visitare l'interno di questi edifici, nel quadro di un percorso libero e spontaneo della città di Fort-de-France. Potranno fare domande agli abitanti della casa e conoscere la sua storia di abitanti del centro della città foyalese, in un momento di scambi di caffè. Dopo questo momento, i partecipanti saranno invitati a partecipare a un aperitivo conviviale al PATIO19 alle 12:00 tra tutti i visitatori e i proprietari delle case foyalesi. Tutte le partecipanti dovranno registrarsi all'openagenda del Ministero della Cultura e saranno identificate da un badge recuperato all'inizio dell'attività al PTT 19 a partire dalle 8:30 dello stesso giorno dell'azione.

Une façon de connaître leurs histoires de vie à travers leurs maisons, leurs espaces et ses habitants. FORT-DE-FRANCE PORTES OUVERTES est une action inspirée par l’activiste et urbaniste Jane Jacobs, qui vise à promouvoir l’architecture des maisons du centre-ville comme exemple de mise en valeur du patrimoine architectural foyalais. Ces batiments traditionnelles ont été objet des rénovations contemporaines et elles sont les modèles des “machines à habiter” (*) du siècle XXI.

Suite de l’explosion de la Montagne Pelée qui a dévastée Saint-Pierre en 1902, Fort-de-France a cessé d’être une capitale militaire et administrative pour devenir une capitale civile de l’île de la Martinique. L’architecture de Fort-de-France est le témoignage de différents modes d’habiter et, surtout, de la technologie de la construction travers l’évolution de ses habitants. Nous pouvons trouver la présence d’une architecture en métal du XIX siècle, d’une architecture moderniste en béton armée développée avec l’investissement public des grands bâtiments des années 30s-50s, d’une architecture monumentale des années 80 et d’une architecture contemporaine depuis les années 2000 avec la prolifération du verre comme matériaux de façade. De plus, nous trouvons une importante présence d’une architecture traditionnelle de l’époque coloniale, souvent abandonnée et ignorée, et malheureusement, parfois, détruite. Certains habitants se sont intéressés à ce type d’architecture et ont investi afin d’y développer des espaces habitables, en dialogue avec son contexte d’architecture du centre-ville, de manière écoresponsable avec ces terres qui étaient autrefois des mangroves.

Pendant le dimanche du 18 de septembre 2022, dans un créneau de 9h à 12h, plusieurs maisons habitables et identifiées avec une signalétique sur la façade, ouvriront leurs portes aux visiteurs. Le public pourra entrer et visiter l’intérieur de ces batiments, dans le cadre d’un parcours libre et spontanée de la ville de Fort-de-France. Ils pourront poser des questions aux habitants de la maison et connaitre son histoire d’habitants du centre-ville foyalais, dans un moment d’échanges autour d’un café. Après ce moment, les participants seront invités à participer d’un apéro convivial à lePATIO19 à 12h entre tous les visiteurs et proprietaires des maisons foyalaises. Tous les participantes devront s’inscrire sur l’openagenda du Ministère de la Culture et elles seront identifiés par un badge récupéré au début de l’activité à lePATIO19 à partir de 8h30 le même jour de l’action.

Una manera de conocer sus historias de vida a través de sus casas, sus espacios y sus habitantes. FORT-DE-FRANCE PUERTAS ABIERTAS es una acción inspirada por la activista y urbanista Jane Jacobs, que pretende promover la arquitectura de las casas del centro de la ciudad como ejemplo de valorización del patrimonio arquitectónico de Foyalais. Estos edificios tradicionales han sido objeto de reformas contemporáneas y son los modelos de las "máquinas habitables" (*) del siglo XXI.

La arquitectura de Fort-de-France es el testimonio de diferentes modos de habitar y, sobre todo, de la tecnología de la construcción a través de la evolución de sus habitantes. Podemos encontrar la presencia de una arquitectura de metal del siglo XIX, de una arquitectura modernista de hormigón armado desarrollada con la inversión pública de los grandes edificios de los años 30s-50s, de una arquitectura monumental de los años 80 y de una arquitectura contemporánea desde los años 2000 con la proliferación del vidrio como materiales de fachada. Además, encontramos una importante presencia de una arquitectura tradicional de la época colonial, a menudo abandonada e ignorada, y por desgracia, a veces destruida. Algunos habitantes se interesaron por este tipo de arquitectura e invirtieron en el desarrollo de espacios habitables, en diálogo con su contexto arquitectónico del centro de la ciudad, de una manera respetuosa con el medio ambiente con estas tierras que antes eran manglares.

Durante el domingo 18 de septiembre de 2022, en un nicho de 9 h a 12 h, varias casas habitables e identificadas con una señalización en la fachada, abrirán sus puertas a los visitantes. El público podrá entrar y visitar el interior de estos edificios, en el marco de un recorrido libre y espontáneo de la ciudad de Fort-de-France. Podrán hacer preguntas a los habitantes de la casa y conocer su historia de habitantes del centro de la ciudad de Foyal, en un momento de intercambios alrededor de un café. Después de este tiempo, se invitará a los participantes a participar en un aperitivo en el PATIO19 a las 12h entre todos los visitantes y propietarios de las casas de Febrero. Todas las participantes deberán inscribirse en la openagenda del Ministerio de Cultura y serán identificadas por una insignia recuperada al inicio de la actividad en el PAIO19 a partir de las 8:30 del mismo día de la acción.
