Bei der Betrachtung der ländlichen Gebäude des Pays d'Othe, insbesondere im Weiler Le Faÿ s in Turny, werden die gemeinsamen Merkmale und Ähnlichkeiten hinsichtlich ihrer Lage, Formen und architektonischen Elemente deutlich.

On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, attend a conference on rural architecture in Pays d'Othe, presented by Jean-Pierre Crozet, architect.
By observing the rural buildings of the pays d'Othe, particularly in the hamlet of Faÿ s in Turny, one notices common characteristics, similarities related to their implantation, their forms and the architectural elements that constitute them.
It is therefore interesting to seek to identify these elements, to characterize them and to try to establish their origin through the technical necessities of their realization, but also through the characteristics of the territory that hosts them, trying to highlight the extent to which what constitutes the 'ordinary' architecture of a territory is linked to its very nature, both geographical and social, and thereby creates originality.

In occasione delle Giornate europee del patrimonio, partecipate a una conferenza sull'architettura rurale nel Pays d'Othe, presentata da Jean-Pierre Crozet, architetto.
Osservando gli edifici rurali del paese di Othe, particolarmente nel villaggio del Faÿ s a Turny, si notano caratteristiche comuni, somiglianze legate alla loro ubicazione, alle forme e agli elementi architettonici che li compongono.
È quindi interessante cercare di identificare questi elementi, di caratterizzarli e provare a stabilirne l'origine attraverso le necessità tecniche della loro realizzazione, ma anche attraverso le caratteristiche del territorio che li ospita, cercare di mettere in evidenza quanto ciò che costituisce l'architettura «ordinaria» di un territorio sia legato alla sua stessa natura, sia geografica che sociale, e con ciò ne crei l'originalità.

À l’occasion des Journées européennes du patrimoine, assistez à une conférence sur l’architecture rurale en Pays d’Othe, présentée par Jean-Pierre Crozet, architecte.
En observant les bâtiments ruraux du pays d’Othe, particulièrement dans le hameau du Faÿs à Turny, on remarque des caractéristiques communes, des similitudes liées à leur implantation, à leurs formes et aux éléments architecturaux qui les constituent.
Il est donc intéressant de chercher à identifier ces éléments, à les caractériser et d’essayer d’en établir l’origine à travers les nécessités techniques de leur réalisation, mais aussi à travers les caractéristiques du territoire qui les accueille, essayer de mettre en avant à quel point ce qui constitue l’architecture « ordinaire » d’un territoire est liée à sa nature même, tant géographique que sociale, et par là en crée l’originalité.

En el marco de las Jornadas Europeas del Patrimonio, asista a una conferencia sobre arquitectura rural en Pays d'Othe, presentada por Jean-Pierre Crozet, arquitecto.
Observando los edificios rurales del país de Othe, particularmente en la aldea del Faÿ s a Turny, se observan características comunes, similitudes relacionadas con su ubicación, sus formas y los elementos arquitectónicos que las constituyen.
Es por tanto interesante buscar identificar estos elementos, caracterizarlos y tratar de establecer su origen a través de las necesidades técnicas de su realización, pero también a través de las características del territorio que los acoge, intentar poner de relieve hasta qué punto lo que constituye la arquitectura «ordinaria» de un territorio está vinculado a su propia naturaleza, tanto geográfica como social, y por ello crea su originalidad.
