Guided tour of an old oil mill

The Vieux Moulin is located on the left bank of the Réal, a tributary of the Durance, between the bridges of Guillot (called «Spéluque» in the 12th century) and the bridge of La Motte (1861). This former oil mill was built before the 18th century. You will discover remarkable elements such as large millstones and an imposing wooden screw press, the channels of supply and departure of water cut in the rock. From here you will see the showers built in 1939 by Gaston Castel, the bridges, the east facade of the village, and other amenities related to the river. You will be welcomed and guided by the owners of this building now converted into a guest house.
