The Centre d'Art Contemporain, composed of 9 exhibition rooms and a library hall, covers almost 800 m2\. This place was inaugurated in 1992, under the patronage of Gonzague Saint-Bris and the artistic direction of Benoît Lemercier. “With modesty, but vigour, we have helped to raise awareness of contemporary creation among the region’s inhabitants and tourists. By offering a very wide program, we allow the visitor to directly confront the works, to love them or to refuse them, in any case to refine his own taste and his own reflection,” explains Benoît Lemercier.
