These three oils on raw linen canvas by the artist Guillaume Bottazzi are located boulevard de la Corderie, the trendy district of the city that offers the most beautiful view of the old port. These works of art can be discovered during the European Heritage Days.
They are visible to pedestrians and are large, up to 3m high. The observer is immersed in an unreal universe composed of floating, ethereal and evanescent forms that seem to loosen from the rules of gravity.
These creations by Guillaume Bottazzi are located near several Greek archaeological sites dating from 500 years BC. J.C. At the time, linen was the favorite material for making fabrics. These three paintings are part of the heritage of the residence «Les Loges». They were made by the artist Guillaume Bottazzi in November 2019.
