An exceptional family home, this richly furnished medieval castle is the cradle of the memories of the artist, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, through a set of children’s drawings, personal objects, posters and lithographs. The building also houses a splendid collection of tapestries of Aubusson, Verdures and grisailles of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
It was remodelled in the sixteenth and nineteenth centuries. It is in the heart of a park with trees registered to the remarkable species of the Aveyron.
The Castle is a member of the Association "La Route des Seigneurs du Rouergue". The building also shelters a magnificent collection of tapestries of Aubusson, Greeneries and of the dullnesses of the XVIIth and XVIIIth centuries. It was altered in the XVIth century and in the XIXth century. It is at the heart of a park with trees registered on remarkable sorts(species) of the Aveyron.
