An unprecedented exhibition to live in peace.
The exhibition Microsculpture Portraits d'insectes signé Levon Biss presents for the first time in France, the work of the British photographer Levon Biss who poses a new and unusual look on insects. Born from the collaboration between the photographer and the Natural History Museum of the University of Oxford, this series of 22 magnificently illuminated portraits immortalizes on a large scale and in high resolution the microscopic form and evolutionary adaptations of insects. Another peculiarity of this exhibition, the Departmental Domain by presenting twenty photographs in very large format in the park, offers everyone. The possibility to follow an open-air route in the heart of a welcoming nature. A unique exhibition to live in peace.

About the venue
Demeure présentant plusieurs époques de construction, en particulier de la fin du Moyen-Age. L'édifice ne comporte qu'un seul corps de bâtiment en profondeur. La façade sur la rivière a été conçue pour la défense, avec chemin de ronde et mâchicoulis. Du côté de l'entrée, toute la partie basse a conservé son caractère primitif : la porte et la niche qui la surmonte, les fenêtres à meneaux n'ont pas subi de modification ; par contre, le second étage placé en retrait et la toiture ont été entièrement remaniés. A l'intérieur, seule la cuisine a été conservée.
