The Circle of Local Studies of Contrexéville proposes you a circuit on the theme of the war 14-18, passing in the church Saint-Epvre, endowed with a particular(special) sculptor on whom one will comment in particular, then in front of the monument to the deaths annexed, Real Del Sarte.

Of its construction dated between 1150 and 1200, only the Romanesque tower remains today (listed as historical monuments). Completely rebuilt from 1774 to 1777, the church is still transformed in the 20th century to accommodate the spa clientele. A monumental portal was built in 1930 by the architect B. De Reulle and a statue dedicated to Saint Epvre was made by the sculptor Henri Guingot in 1932.
