Erwan Faiveley and his(her) sister Eve Faiveley open the doors of the house of Closed of Issarts in Gevrey-Chambertin after one year of complete of renovation under the aegis of Christian Laporte, architect du Patrimoine. This house built in the middle of a closed of vineyards(vines) dates the XIXth century. Renovation carried on 96 m ² divided on 3 floors as well as a remarkable roofing in polychrome glazed tiles.
Particularly inspiring, this outstanding place was restored to become artist's residence. The Faiveley family decided to confide(entrust) it to the artist sculptor Laetitia de Bazelaire, native to Dijon and awarded a diploma by the school Boulle.
