Historical monument built in " grey Gold " of neo-Mauresque style by a couple of Inhabitants of Grenoble, from 1855\. An exotic park adorned this small Orientalist palace. The green setting is divided up and for 28 years the patrimonial association asks for the concréte protection of accesses(neighborhoods). The Sunflower workshop created 8 sundials in the office of the association, they allow to learn the solar hour. The lull of a masterpiece in danger for 30 years in construction sites(works) of restoration(catering), promotes: art, architecture and nature.
