From the birth of wheat to the mowing, through the observation of the grinding of wheat at the mill, you will accompany the miller and his donkey, and go to meet the baker at the communal bakery! You will be able to participate in a family bread making workshop but also attend stories. All public.
- From 11h to 18h: visit of the mill of Vaudricourt
- From 10am to 12pm and 13h30 to 18h
Watch our 19th century farmers in action and try to harvest with them. During this wheat harvest, you will see the use of the scythe, the threshing of the wheat ears and its passage in the tarare!
- From 10:30 am: bread workshop with Amandine la engraineuse.
Young and old, discover the bread recipe and make fun little fluffy loaves. The dough will be baked in a wood-fired oven, in the old communal bakery of Hondeghem. The opportunity to discover this beautiful traditional building dating from the eighteenth century. A convivial moment to have fun, create and develop your senses! Duration 45 minutes, 10 people per group.

teacher or the master of the village school. To your feathers and inkwells! from 8 years.

- At 11h and 18h: animal rendezvous: Accompany our villagers to meet the farm animals! all public.
- At 3pm: guided tour with a villageois of the museum and meeting with our villagers in period costume.

Vous pourrez participer à un atelier familial de fabrication de pain mais aussi assister à des contes. Tout public.

Observez nos paysans du 19ème siècle en action et essayez de réaliser la moisson avec eux. Lors de cette récolte de blé, vous assisterez à la l’ utilisation de la faux, du battage des épis de blé et son passage dans le tarare !
- À partir de 10h30 : atelier pain avec Amandine l’engraineuse.
Petits et grands, venez découvrir la recette du pain et façonner de petites miches moelleuses amusantes. Les pâtons seront cuits au four à bois, dans l’ancien fournil communal d'Hondeghem. L’occasion de découvrir ce beau bâtiment traditionnel datant du XVIIIe siècle. Un moment convivial pour s’amuser, créer et développer ses sens ! Durée 45 minutes, 10 personnes par groupe.

maîtresse ou le maître de l’école du village. À vos plumes et encriers ! à partir de 8 ans.

Pour les moins de 8 ans. Ils pourront voyager au milieu des pupitres et découvrez l’école de vos anciens !
- À 11h et 18h: rendez-vous animaux : Accompagnez notre villageois à la rencontre des animaux de la ferme ! tout public.
- À 15h : visite guidée avec un villageois du musée et rencontre avec nos villageois en costume d’époque.

Van de geboorte van tarwe tot het maaien, door de waarneming van het malen van tarwe bij de molen, begeleidt u de molenaar en zijn ezel, en gaat u naar de bakker in de gemeenschappelijke bakkerij! U kunt deelnemen aan een workshop voor het maken van brood voor het hele gezin, maar ook aan verhalen. Allemaal openbaar.

Bekijk onze 19e eeuwse boeren in actie en probeer met hen te oogsten. Tijdens deze tarweoogst ziet u het gebruik van de zeis, het dorsen van de tarweoren en de doorgang ervan in de tarare!

Jong en oud, ontdek het broodrecept en maak leuke kleine pluizige broden. Het deeg wordt gebakken in een houtoven, in de oude gemeenschappelijke bakkerij Hondeghem. De mogelijkheid om dit prachtige traditionele gebouw uit de achttiende eeuw te ontdekken. Een gezellig moment om plezier te hebben, uw zintuigen te creëren en te ontwikkelen! Duur 45 minuten, 10 personen per groep.
