Go meet a giant with a thousand lives: the oak tree. This majestic tree is home to an incredible diversity of living beings. From its roots to its peak, who are its inhabitants? Insects, birds, bats, mosses and fungi... Discover the links that unite this miniature ecosystem and the essential roles it plays in nature. During this spring walk, between observations and anecdotes, dive into the fascinating world of oak and discover some of its secrets.

Partez à la rencontre d’un géant aux mille vies : le chêne. Cet arbre majestueux abrite une incroyable diversité d’êtres vivants. De ses racines à sa cime, qui sont ses habitants ? Insectes, oiseaux, chauves-souris, mousses et champignons… Découvrez les liens qui unissent cet écosystème miniature et les rôles essentiels qu’il joue dans la nature. Au fil de cette promenade printanière, entre observations et anecdotes, plongez dans l’univers fascinant du chêne et percez quelques-uns de ses secrets.

Natuurwandeling om de biodiversiteit rond de eikenboom te ontdekken, woensdag 22 april van 14u tot 16u in het Ferme du Héron in Villeneuve-d'Ascq.
Ontmoet een reus met duizend levens: De eik. Deze majestueuze boom is de thuisbasis van een ongelooflijke diversiteit van levende wezens. Wie zijn de inwoners, van de wortels tot de top? Insecten, vogels, vleermuizen, mossen en paddenstoelen… Ontdek de verbanden die dit miniatuur ecosysteem verenigen en de essentiële rollen die het speelt in de natuur. Tijdens deze lentewandeling, tussen observaties en anekdotes, dompel je onder in de fascinerende wereld van eiken en ontdek enkele van de geheimen ervan.
