This new quartet digs into an idea as old as the world and modern forever: how the body and music mix and merge in dance.
BODIES dives into the influences of Jazz, root music, funk from the 70’s and beyond to breathe a timeless vigour into his music.
It’s not because we play jazz that we can’t be a bit punk on the edges!
Anti Dancing League is the band’s first EP, recorded live and without a net, capturing the energy and passion of these 4 young fifties!

Ce nouveau quartet creuse une idée vieille comme le monde et moderne à jamais : comment le corps et la musique se mélangent et fusionnent dans la danse.
BODIES plonge dans les influences du Jazz, des musiques à racine, du funk des 70's et au-delà pour insuffler une vigueur intemporelle à sa musique.
Ce n’est pas parce qu’on joue du jazz qu’on ne peut pas être un peu punk sur les bords !
Anti Dancing League est le premier EP du groupe, enregistré live et sans filet, captant ainsi l'énergie et la fougue de ces 4 jeunes quinquas !

Dit nieuwe kwartet graaft in een idee zo oud als de wereld en voor altijd modern: Hoe het lichaam en de muziek mengen en samensmelten in dans.
BODY duikt in de invloeden van Jazz, root music, funk uit de jaren 70 en verder om een tijdloze kracht in zijn muziek te ademen.
Het is niet omdat we jazz spelen dat we niet een beetje punk op de randen kunnen zijn!
