The fourth edition of the Trail pour tous will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 10:30 am to 1 pm, at the Jacques-Yves Cousteau outdoor base in Villeneuve-d'Ascq.
This sports and solidarity event aims to make the practice of trail running accessible to all, especially people with mental and/or psychological disabilities, as well as their caregivers, families and accompanying structures.
The proposed route is a 2-kilometre loop, completely secure, that everyone can travel at their own pace and as many times as they wish, on foot, in a race, or using joëlettes and adapted equipment.
Beyond physical activity, the Trail pour tous is above all a time for sharing, meeting and conviviality, promoting inclusion, living together and the pleasure of moving together in a natural setting.
The event is also part of the World Autism Awareness Day. On this occasion, the SESSAD Fil Bleu will hold an information stand to raise public awareness and answer questions about autism and support for those concerned.

La quatrième édition du Trail pour tous se déroulera le samedi 28 mars 2026, de 10h30 à 13h, à la base de pleine nature Jacques-Yves Cousteau à Villeneuve-d’Ascq.
Cet événement sportif et solidaire a pour objectif de rendre la pratique du trail accessible à toutes et tous, en particulier aux personnes en situation de handicap mental et/ou psychique, ainsi qu’à leurs aidants, familles et structures accompagnantes.
Le parcours proposé est une boucle de 2 kilomètres, entièrement sécurisée, que chacun peut parcourir à son rythme et autant de fois qu’il le souhaite, en marche, en course, ou à l’aide de joëlettes et de matériel adapté.
Au-delà de l’activité physique, le Trail pour tous est avant tout un temps de partage, de rencontre et de convivialité, favorisant l’inclusion, le vivre-ensemble et le plaisir de bouger ensemble dans un cadre naturel.
L’événement s’inscrit également dans le cadre de la journée mondiale de sensibilisation à l’autisme. À cette occasion, le SESSAD Fil Bleu tiendra un stand d’information afin de sensibiliser le public et répondre aux questions autour de l’autisme et de l’accompagnement des personnes concernées.

Zaterdag 28 maart 2026, van 10:30 tot 13:00 uur in de J.-Y. Cousteau. Wandel-, hardloop- of aangepaste apparatuur, toegankelijk voor mensen met een handicap en hun dierbaren. Gratis registratie.

De vierde editie van The Trail for All vindt plaats op zaterdag 28 maart 2026, van 10:30 tot 13:00, op de Jacques-Yves Cousteau Pleine Natuurbasis in Villeneuve-d'Ascq.
Dit sport- en solidariteitsevenement heeft tot doel het parcours toegankelijk te maken voor iedereen, in het bijzonder voor mensen met een mentale en/of psychologische handicap, alsook voor hun verzorgers, gezinnen en begeleidende structuren.
De voorgestelde route is een lus van 2 kilometer, volledig veilig, dat iedereen kan reizen in zijn eigen tempo en zo vaak als ze willen, wandelen, hardlopen, of met behulp van grappen en aangepaste apparatuur.
Naast lichamelijke activiteit is de Trail voor iedereen vooral een tijd van delen, vergaderen en gezelligheid, het bevorderen van inclusie, samenleven en het plezier om samen te bewegen in een natuurlijke omgeving.
Het evenement maakt ook deel uit van World Autism Awareness Day. Bij deze gelegenheid zal SESSAD Fil Bleu een informatiestand houden om het bewustzijn te vergroten en vragen over autisme en de steun van de betrokkenen te beantwoorden.
